Terrible service, the woman who served me with a despotic and rude attitude, I didn't tell her what she deserved out of respect for myself, it seemed like I was going to ask for free, the outsiders were very kind, but I would never take my business to them and less for that woman, for more details, she is the one who is entering in front of the right side at the counter, pay attention to this comment, owner, do not let it pass, it is for the benefit of your company

Asked to have my material cut they cut it wrong so I went back they cut it again and same thing they gave me the wrong cuts! If I'm paying for a service I expect to it be cut right but I guess the d*** idiot doesn't know how to read numbers and now I have the wrong material and can't finish my product I don't recommend this place at all because they will mess up your cuts and waste your time and gas and money his name starts with a S I think Silva don't trust him he f***** up my cuts and Veronica the front desk lady doesn't even know what's going don't go to this location

Just visited the shop today. I was only looking to purchase 1/2" x 6" x 6" steel plate which cost no more than 7 dollars. I was unable to purchase the item because I only had a credit card and their minimum purchase is $10. Considering most businesses are currently not taking cash, this seems stupid. I won't be looking to make any other purchases here. I did however like that they had an employee checking visitors temperature keeping in line with Covid guidelines.

Good service! Always find what I need. Workers are awsome and quick to get my order. With all this Covid-19 they take precautions on how they do things. Which is understandable. Everytime I come I am in and out within 20 minutes. Safety is the key.

I’ve been doing business with this company for so many years. I am very pleased and happy with their service everybody there is very helpful starting from the receptionist all the way to the guys that are working in the back. I don’t know why some people have issues I don’t have none. Thank you Ramcast!

Terrible service. Some speak English well the others do not understand. Parking is confusing and hard to get. The place had two customers but all the parking was taken? Does not make any sense. During COVID-19, they do not sell some of their materials due to the pandemic. Does not make any sense to me.Will not return.

they make up any price they want , they say something is 14 ga (which they dont stock) when its 16 ga they dont know how to measure, before you buy, compare, check size your self. they will be my last chose where to buy.

I've done business with a lot of companies and I frequently pick up material personally, Ramcast is hands down the worst company I've ever had to deal with when it comes to getting material. They will promise you material will be ready at a certain time and it never is. They have wasted so much of time it's incredible. Recently I walked into the office got my paperwork went to the yard and waited 45 min before anyone even looked at me. When I finally got helped they said they were cutting my pieces which they had told me over the phone would be ready 3 hours ago. In conclusion if you have time and the patience then come here. If you don't have time and are in a hurry this is not the place for you. They will make you late for any appointment you may have. I'm not talking from a one time bad experience I'm talking from a recurring over and over bad experience. Customer beware.
