Wish I could rate this place with negative stars. I've been here on a few occasion and everything has been an unpleasant visit. The last time, one of the staff members there called me stupid because she assumed I had not checked in, when I did as my name appeared on the screen as registered. Today, not willingly but had not much option, I had to go back. I scheduled an appointment at 10am. I arrived at 950am. I checked it and sat patiently waiting. 1030 came around and everyone else came and left. I approached the staff there and questioned my appointment time. Rudely she told me my name had been called and to go back and re-register. There was no name calling, I sat the and watched everyone be called and go in. At no point was a name called and a patient not go in. They are rude and uncompassionate. No sense of respect for the patient. Plus their place is dirty. Stay away from this location.

I have a hematoma the size of an egg. I asked her to back up as I could tell she went thru my vein and she refused. It's so large I can't bend my r elbow. I'm R handed and 2 days before Christmas and all the cooking I have one usable arm. I get my blood drawn every 3 mos and I have NEVER had anything close to this happen. I tried calling them and getting a human is impossible.

Was late for appointment so went on wait list after waiting 1 1/2 hours still was not taken in. Left after seeing a couple of cockroaches crawling on the wall, really confused as to why there would be that long of a wait and also bugs in a lab.if I could leave no stars I would but it wouldn't let me post this without a star.

The check in process is not elderly friendly especially for the elderly that don’t know how to speak English or are not computer/technology savvy and it’s even worse for those that don’t know how to read at all.Why isn’t there someone their to help the elderly check in???? I personally helped 4 elderly patients and I had no problem doing so but there was one phlebotomist who came out to help but she was so RUDE! She spoke Spanish and she just seemed extremely annoyed and over it while she was speaking to these patients. She needs to work on her customer service because the way she was speaking to these patients was uncalled for.All the other employees I encountered there were extremely nice especially the phlebotomist that took out my blood. But something needs to be done to assist the elderly in the check in process.

Was a walk in, waited there for 1hr 40min with no hope to get in, in sight. They had 4 people checked in ( supposedly all for the 9:20 am slot) that's on top of everyone else there. First of all, it's impossible to make and appt online, unless you're willing to wait weeks out, secondly how is it possible for multiple people to be scheduled for the same time slot? I'm under the impression those with varying appt times show up early and get taken care of while leaving us walk-ins fall through cracks. It's a catch up game, if you're a walk in, you might never get in. Please fix your scheduling system and train your people to treat everyone fairly. Your phlebotomist told me rudely it's going to take another 2 hrs after telling her how long I've waited for.

The service is prompt if you have an appointment; however, without one, you may experience a wait in line for testing. It's highly recommended to schedule an appointment in advance.

I arrived at Quest in Pomona, Ca at 7:00 a.m. only to find there were no "standby" positions or reservations available for that day. No Quest receptionist in the reception area and a locked door with a keypad to the working area created a negative first impression for me. I made a reservation for the following day at 11:15 a.m. There were about 20 people in the waiting room when I arrived and more were waiting outside. Occasionally, the door with the keypad would open and a name would be called. 3 or 4 people would mob that person, obviously needing more information than was being provided by the kiosk or the display board. I was finally called at 12:15 p.m. There was only 1 phlebotomist working. This was a negative experience for me. I will not use Quest again. To me, this does not sound like a good business model. By the way, I had been fasting since the previous day.

This Quest Diagnostics SUCKS...!!!! My Elderly Grandmother went in for blood work and it turned out She has an UTI and They (Quest) didn't Call it in .. to Her Primary Dr. It's been 2 months and She's been suffering all this time . Finally got a Dr. appointment this Friday.

The worst quest service never going back they don't help the patients if you have a question they just keep saying let me check and never come back they don't help people with check in I was there for 3:30 and at the end they said I was never Checked in and I wasn't the only one

if i can give 0 stars i would!!!! do not come here!!!! staff is rude & unhelpful!! can have you waiting for 2 hours as a walk in just so at 3:30 theh can tell you and 8 other people they were done for the day!! and of course nobody to answer phones when you call with questions ir to help once you are there!!!

My worst medical experience here. No appts avail and the one appt I had, they canceled it without letting me know. Today I decided to come as a walk in 6am. It's 7:23am. Seems like they don't know how to coordinate walk ins with between appt patients. I noticed patients with a 12:40pm appt taken in instead of the ones who have been here since 6am waiting. This is ridiculous. So if 10 patients come in you have to wait. Patients won't stop coming in so where do walk ins stand??

This place and this company is a joke. Everything about my experience from trying to log on to their website to checking in has been a hassle and I’d rather stick a needle in my eye than have to deal with this place. Quest sucks balls!!!!
