I had a scheduled appointment, arrived 10 mins early, checked in on the kiosk, but it didn't show up on the monitor in the waiting room. Then I got a link on my phone to check in again which I did, but my name still did not show up on the screen. Then I checked in a 3rd time, still nothing. I did not want to wait blindly assuming the staff saw my check in. So I waited until a staff came out to take another patient to ask. As I was inquiring...only then another staff came to get me. This happened another time and I ended up waiting for hours while they took others before me. I also had an appointment.
Furthermore, this office is very unfriendly and in personal due to the fact that the front desk has been closed off/blocked up and there is no one to talk to or ask questions. This office is not welcoming at all. Its bad customer service, because there is no window to go to speak with anyone or to greet customers. You have to wait for a staff to come out from the back to call a patient, so that you can ask a question or speak to someone. This is not private, because everyone hears your business. Very disappointed! I would not recommend anyone to go through this experience. Additionally, another customer was complaining as well.

This is my favorite place to have my blood drawn mainly because of one very SKILLED phlebotomist named Jamie who always gets my vein the first try! She is gracious, professional and her area is always neat and clean. I usually get poked more than once and even up to five times due to having small veins which is a little traumatizing. So I come here just for the chance to get Jamie to draw my blood. Check-in is quick with the kiosk and the waiting area is kept clean. In an out in less than 10 minutes! Thanks again Jamie!!

Zero care for the patient experience. The front desk is completely gone (boarded up) and there are just tablets to check in. No bedside manner with my kids…probably because the poor phlebotomists have to do it all and they probably are timed per patient. The only thing more depressing than going to Quest has got to be working there under those conditions.

It was initially difficult to find my doctor's order for bloodwork which had been faxed to the Quest facility (Bonita Ave, Pomona). Then, even though my doctor received the results within 48 hours, I did NOT receive the results until after my video meeting with my doctor (oncologist) which was 50 hours after my blooddraw. I couldn't prepare for my meeting as well as I would have wished, and in fact I wasn't sure whether I would be wasting my doctor's time or not. Just knowing that my doctor had received the results would have put my mind at ease.

Ever since they changed the walk-in system and got rid of they front desk representatives. Making an appointment is a headache! Then they claim they can't help you reschedule without a confirmation number they never sent. THIS QUEST LOCATION HAS BECOME USELESS!

It was not welcoming not to have anyone there to meet you.Only machines, taking out the human factor, leaving patients to deal with machines is a mistake. I cannot imagine how elderly people must feel arriving there. After years of going to Quest I am considering finding a new lab due to the fact that you have removed anyone at the front office to welcome or answer questions.

The pomona location very unprofessional and attitude was very rude waited 3hours for a breathing test that was out of stock, and furthermore they could've offered me to go to another quest location, norma the supervisor did just that... vert disappointed!!!!!!!! JOE LOVATO
