I love these guys. I am a General Contractor who lives in Northern California and came down to help my daughter swap a shower valve. We went to Home Depot and couldn’t find what we needed and none of the valves were sold as a complete set. It was a mess. We did a quick search for a plumbing supply place nearby and we are so fortunate to have found this place. Their customer service is something you don’t find every day. These guys know what they are talking about and have an incredible inventory for such a small location. Dago spent a generous amount of time with us, helping explain everything and making sure we had everything we needed. I didn’t have any of my tools with me, so they were able to solder cooper lines and install PEX tubing onto the valve so I could use shark bites to install the PEX lines when we got home. Thanks to their custom work, we were able to install the valve quickly and without issue. I would recommend them to everyone. Don’t waste your time at the big box stores, these guys have what you need and are an incredible resource to help you with your project.

A couple of weeks ago I had a leak behind my washing machine and realized I needed to replace two angle stop valves. After multiple trips to Home Depot involving returns of valves that didn’t fit, I went to Quanex Pipe & Supply and I’m thoroughly impressed with the support I received at Quanex vs Home Depot. Though the staff at Home Depot was helpful they just didn’t have the knowledge, experience, or the parts I needed. Quanex not only had multiple options of parts, Dago and Hugo each patiently explained in detail the difference between each part on how to them. They walked me through step by step on changing the stop valves and confirmed I had all the parts I needed to get the job done.They were so helpful it took me 10 mins to replace the valves once I got home.It isn’t common to receive service this good nowadays… when I do receive it I want to praise it. Thank you Quanex, I hope I don’t need to buy anything from you guys soon but I feel good knowing that if I do have a plumbing issue, I have a place I trust for parts and support.

I went to Home Depot for a problem with a new kitchen sink installation. They did not carry the parts. I heard about Quanex Pipe and supply. I went there and Hugo and Mario's customer service was excellent. They put the pieces together. Showed me how they would look and then gave me 2 pictures of what they would look like when they were finished. I would go here first before going to a big box store for your all your needs.

Excellent customer service. I needed a VERY particular part on Christmas Eve and after going to all of the big box stores with no one understanding what I needed, I call Quanex Pipe & Supply. They were very helpful and went above and beyond so that my family could have a working shower going into Christmas.I will be shopping here from now on.

Extremely Happy that they were open today, Thanksgiving. My main water line broke and needed parts to fix, Leo and Hugo give you an amazing customer service and are very courteous. Helped my find what I needed. I highly recommend Quanex for all your plumbing needs.

Hugo was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had everything I needed for my plumbing project. Highly recommended for any plumbing needs. If you are doing a DIY plumbing project this should definitely be your first stop.

I got to know Quanex because of a recent work with David of Preferred Plumbing in our house in Pomona. I was offered to get a purified drinking water installation. He called on the owner to come to the house, and true enough Hugo, the owner came in just 5 minutes. He gave a good explanation of the benefits of purified drinking water, and I am impressed of Hugo's knowledge and professionalism. I am convinced that we need good purified drinking water, and now I am saving for the installation of one in our Reservoir street home, by next month. Great work Hugo! - Al

Hugo is a super nice person! I went to Home Depot three times but I can not find the suitable sink trape to fit my pipe. I call in and he asked me to text him the pic before I go to make sure he has the parts. When I was there, he figured out my problems and solved my problems! He takes care of his client! I highly recommend him!!
