OUTSTANDING customer service. Mohammad is awesome. He’s on it. Got my oil changed right away. Didn’t make me wait like other places have been in the past. I’m definitely coming back outstanding customer service. He even gave me his cell number in case I had a problem here.

I have been coming to this place for the last 10 years and I guarantee you there is not a better location to get quality service for your car in the city of Pomona!! Mohammad and his team are through and treat your vehicle like it's a very own. That's what I appreciate most especially with me not being very knowledgeable about cars. Shitty customer service I brought my car in for a oil change and the owner tried charging for stuff I didn't ever ask for. Customers came coming in and complaining to him about his work and after they would leave he would start talking about them with my boyfriend and I. He told my boyfriend to drive my car into the garage and later when they gave me my car it had all these lights on in the dashboard that were not there when we got there and the owner tried blaming us for it saying it was our fault for driving the car into the garage when he told my boyfriend to. The owner had some nerve to say all those lights were on when we got there shitty shitty owner. Will never be going back!!!

Stopped by today after receiving a quote over the phone for a couple services for my truck. Overall I'm satisfied with the pricing and service Muhammad provided. My only complete was the time it took for the services to be completed however if all continues well then I will be happy he took his time in my truck.

I went in with a coupon for an oil change. The service was very fast, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The owner was extremely friendly and spent most of the wait time giving me free life advice and getting to know me. There was the expected amount of you should get full synthetic, your car has a special filter that we charge an extra $10 for, and I'm waiving the extra extra fee I'd usually charge because your car has a special something that needs to be removed so we can change the oil. They also showed me my transmission fluid compared to new, so I know I need to budget in a tune up in the near future, which is great knowledge to have.I know these things always get you in the door with a low base price that racks up with the add ons, but I ended up spending about three times what I expected to pay when I headed in, so I went with good, because it was good, instead of great. In full transparency, part of that was that I intended to do regular, but partially listened to his advice and bumped up to the $22+ tax synthetic blend tier, and my final total was $45.

We took our dodge avenger to this shop. Our car has a lot of overheating problems that is hard to fix. They did a great job at making sure it ran well and notified us of more issues wrong with the car and was thorough in making sure the car was fixed properly. Mohammed was amazing to work with and communicated everything that was wrong with it, and even put his own money to fill the gas tank up. These were one of the many ways Mohammed went above and beyond for us. We definitely recommend this auto shop for your auto care needs, as they are very truthful and have integrity towards there customers!
