Ali was amazing. I hosted and baby shower and the game cards and menu's did not come. Ali knew I was stressed and was patient with me. I highly recommend.

First-class results! From innovative posters to fast printing of text. Friendly service, and Ali and Jason are good people and interesting to talk with. Recently I've switched to them to get all my printing done, for all these reasons.

Small shop with personal service. They've always done a great job for me. Today the foam board poster I picked up was a bit off — the front was a bit skewed, exposing some of the adhesive area. I was afraid the stickiness would pick up dirt over time, so I asked them to trim it. The owner did it immediately, and it came out perfect! Highly recommended.I also recommend you to find out how long the order will take. They usually beat ordering from Staples, but of course it depends how many orders they have.

I've been going there for 15 years. They are the best, they provide so many services from faxing, copies, custom invitations, banners, flyers, they have a computer for your convenience and the prices are way less than others.

I went to this place to give small business the business instead of going to staples. The older guy that attends as soon as you go looked grumpy the whole time I was there. He was a bit bitter and the one that ended up helping me was the guy that works in the back. Can't remember his name but he's a Latino man. He was very attentive and helped me get what I was looking for. ONLY reason I would come back was for the service that the Latino gave me. The older man probably needs to retire.

Is there a minus rating? Grieving the loss of my dear mother, I needed to print her memorial service booklets. I was unhappy with the outcome, stapled pages were not aligned, ink had bled to varying degrees on more than half the printed order. I returned the order respectfully with the hope of it being fixed/reprinted instead the owner yelled and berated me for inconveniencing him with what he thought were trivial concerns while I said nothing so the situation could deescalate, nope, he continued to yell at me. No desire to correct the two concerns, sloppy work, and disrespectful treatment to a customer (who is grieving) and is trying to create the last honorable keepsake is beyond my comprehension. This experience was unacceptable and not deserving. The best course of action is to not be a customer. To all owners who feel this treatment is acceptable, customers make or break a business, think twice before you treat customers disrespectfully. My order was refunded. I'm better off taking my business to a pro-printer interested in customer service, better printing equipment and printing knowledge. Customer beware!
