My mom has been diagnosed with a terminal cancer. This has broken my soul. All the staff at the Pomona valley Hospital has been incredible and has done a wonderful job to take care of my mom. She's sadly going to leave us, but I am happy of the care they are giving her here.I am specially thankful for Sandra Perdomo, she was incredible, she was caring, kind, professional and over all her spirit lift it us up when we were down the most. She is an incredible human and I want everyone to know that Pomona Valley is lucky to have her in their team. Thank you!!!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I’ve reached out to their patient relations rep. With no response to the ugly mistreatment of my uncle and I by nurses, doctors AND social workers. Not all staff is bad here but unfortunately we got some of the worst. Once I called the medical board of CA they started mistreating him and my family even worse than they already had. There are very few good souls in there, that I can vouch for… but the rest that I’ve come across have been heartless human beings. My uncle is still in there… and he’s crying every time we leave.. at worse they are trying to force us into procedures and transfers we are not comfortable with. They’d rather we let him die than to help him (and believe me, they’ve brought it up every chance they’ve gotten). We are trying to get him out but they aren’t even attempting to help us with that, having us call medi-cal, transportation, etc by ourselves.I hope to never set foot in this hospital again. It cost me 2 loved ones and possibly a third at the rate this is going. Please go to another hospital.

Overall my experience delivering my baby at Pomona Valley was amazing but I just wanted to point out that the nurses can be a little flirtatious. Specifically, Roxanne (Roxy) Arias. One she was promoting her “body works”business lol but also she flirted with my husband in my face and proceeded to try and give him her number but I shut that down real quick. He felt very uncomfortable. I can’t blame him. It’s very unprofessional to flirt with someone’s husband especially at a vulnerable time in their life such as child birth. It’s sucks more knowing she’s a mom herself to be able to treat someone that way.

Pomona Valley came to the local shelter, Hope for Homes. They were giving away free packs of things like toothpaste, pads, wipes, etc. However, when they were giving us free blood sugar tests, we noticed they did not have a biohazard sharps container to throw the needles away in. This is improper handling of biohazard waste and could cause people to get sick and hurt, especially staff who handle the trash. People in this shelter could have STD's and other diseases, and nobody here deserves to have their life ruined by contracting a disease.Your medical staff should know better, through the schooling they had to pass to get their jobs. This makes me worry how things are conducted in the hospital.Safety and hygiene is a must.Sincerely, someone who has medical training.

I just delivered my beautiful daughter here and it couldn't have been a better experience. Especially because of Martha and Sergei. Martha had the best bedside manner and really took care of me and made sure I was okay through the difficult process. Kat was amazing as well during postpartum. 5/5I am completely shocked at the low rating. Everyone was fantastic, thank you so much!I was discharged yesterday and also wanted to give a shout out to my last two nurses, Hazel and Marlaine. Just total sweethearts, the both of them. I hope all these amazing nurses read my review!

I had a surgery in Radiology by doctor Daniel Heitz in 2018 that lead to four more grueling surgeries within the same year because of his neglect and inexperience . Currently there is a foreign object left in my chest and he won't see me or return my phone calls. He is one of the most insensitive unprofessional heartless obnoxious individuals I've ever met.

Went to urgent care and they sent me here for a emergency surgery just wanted to say the rumors about this hospital are absolutely false! Not only was the staff super helpful and they tended everyone in a orderly fashion, they made this hospital experience great! Teresa my nurse definitely made sure I was ok with medication, to how I was feeling, and went above and beyond. The night nurse wasn’t any different super friendly and caring Stephanie was super sweet. Definitely coming back again!

This is a wonderful hospital, the wait might be long at times but unfortunately that is a problem at many hospitals at the moment. The care is amazing. Came here for my delivery and all the nurses were wonderful! Came here for emergency services as well and the nurses in ED were amazing, so kind and informative.

We came in to the ER at 9pm after my daughter had difficulty breathing. I called beforehand to see if they would accept her insurance. They said they accept all insurances, so we decided to come here. There were a lot of people waiting outside, and the waiting room was completely filled. The staff was very busy even in the late hours, and we waited another 20 minutes to get checked in. Once the doctor at the front desk saw that her vitals were low, she was immediately rushed inside and 6 nurses hurried in to help. I have never seen so many people come in to help, but I am so grateful that they saved her life. Her nurse Ryan and respiratory therapist Erica were very professional, patient, and understanding. My daughter also got an x ray quickly, and her doctors were also detailed in explaining her situation. After about 6 hours, they were unable to get a room for her here, so we got transferred to Children's Hospital in LA. The staff called multiple hospitals to try to find a place for her. I'm thankful that they kept monitoring her to make sure she's okay and kept trying to find a more suitable place for her. Now my daughter has the right diagnosis because of them. Thank you PVHMC for saving her life and our lives! Everyone worked so hard to accommodate us and we are very grateful.

Bad hospital, I'd rather have a quick and painless death than willingly come back to this limbo.

My delivery nurse was NeisyShe was amazing. Listened to me & helped me with everything.Didn’t get any negative comments, weird looks, passive aggressive attitude, nothing negative what so ever!My last labor & delivery was at Queen of the valley hospital in 2020. I would never want to go there again. Pomona gave the best care I’ve ever received. Thank you to everyone who was part of the delivery team that 7pm-7am shift! Grateful for you all

My husband had a Seizure today at Casa Colina where he is doing his PT, OT, ST, because he had a stroke in Nov 2022. He was transported by RA to Pomona Valley ER. He had a second Seizure while here . It took them 1:40 to let me come in and see him (I got to the hospital just as he got here.)The Dr Nauc (short for his real name) came to look at my husband and told the nurse "get his CT scan quickly) the Dr. never introduced himself. I said hey doc, he didn't acknowledge me just left. I told the nurse WTHell and he said "he has 30 patients" ok!!!!Not to mention, the nurses said he had to have bloodwork before the CT scan, (that's not what the doctor said) so 30 minutes later, I ask his nurse if that was true, because the phlebotomist came and went. My husband's nurse said "oh I didn't hear that, Let me check," then came back and said no that is not true. We're just waiting for CT to come down, WTHell. We wait 3 hours for a CT scan, I keep asking, finally some lady comes in and starts unhooking my husband, I called out to his nurse and pointed to the woman, and he says "ooh, that's the Boss of CT" she never said who she was, just started to unhook him. What's is wrong with these people, WTHell!!!!!I get short staff, I get busy, but when your LOVED one is in the ER, thinks he might die AND is not being attended to AND there is no communication with the patient or family that's a problem ( I get they gave him meds to stop the Seizure but it's not enough,) We want to know why???!!!!!!I say F for communication!!!!!!!'
