absolutely incredible, passing thru and had a major tire problem, they took us in on a Saturday morning, patched the tire, checked all the tire pressures and sent us on our way. the cost was so low we were shocked as they could have taken advantage of us. fantastic people, fantastic service, these are awesome people

My favorite local tire shop, by local, I mean I go here coming from Rancho because I don't trust any other places in regards to service and customer relations.I came in to have my tire plugged today because of some random screw that got into the tire. Spoke to Jose about the details and he was able to squeeze me in before closing. Before that, I saw how he was speaking with other customers, and that left an even greater and deeper impression and appreciation for this shop. As my tire was being prepped, I saw that Ricky took the initiative to check the tire pressure of the rest of my tires, minding the OEM recommended psi in the door jamb. Without having to say anything.THAT very act is the reason they continue to have my business and why I pass on recommendations to friends and family. Beyond excellence in service.

absolute best repair shop I have ever gone to! the people at Pomona Tire Pros are just so nice and generous. their pricing is abundantly fair and never deceptive and the turnarounds for same-day repairs are usually pretty fast. I am never waiting very long. as long as I live in the area, I will always go here for any car problem!

This is my new place for tires when I arrived Jose and his crew were on it replaced my tires with new ones and did my oil change within an hour very happy with the service thank you guys
