me and my family love this animal hospital. We didn't take our first dog here because we didn't know it existed. Despite that they handled our dogs death very well including cremation. We take our new puppy here and they treat her amazingly. All the staff are incredible, patient and friendly. I 100% recommend them

Dr. G was very practical and methodical in the way he approached my dogs diagnosis. I brought my pet In for a second opinion because the vet in chino where I had been taking him said he needed surgical removal of an anal growth and while they were at it they would clean his teeth for $3,000.00. I went to Dr G because I used to take my other dog there when he was alive. Dr G took a sample of the fluid from the anal growth and a prescription for antibiotics. A few days later he said the test results showed that it was just an infection and to continue to give the antibiotics. It's all cleared up now. He also said that since my dog was 16 years old he would be very concerned about putting him under to have his teeth cleaned. I'm going to return to Dr G with his practical approach and probably more experience than the young vets they had at the other office in Chino I had been going to. So this place doesn't have boarding or a swimming pool, but Dr G is excellent at what he does. It's also not fancy, or overcrowded. But I'm not paying extra for that.

The people on the floor are great, management on the other hand is extremely poor. I would highly recommend another hospital

My rescue mix had a broken and infected dewclaw- couldn't get in to see my normal vet for a few days. This place was AMAZING. They were kind over the phone, I explained that my dog is aggressive around strangers and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and my dog and not once did they make me feel guilty or bad. They were so sweet to my dog and he even eventually warmed up to the technicians! I literally teared up to see how calming and sweet they were to him. The vet was clear on our options regarding pain meds and injections. They were VERY clear about pricing and didn't try to guilt me into anything. I see a lot of reviews about pricing but I felt they were in line with other vets. I also liked that they explained the fees and options and were clear about what I could opt out of. I would definitely return! By the end my normally aggressive dog was tail wagging and calm. I felt so thankful for their accommodations to our dog. 10/10 I am just so happy and thankful to this animal hospital.

You spend your hard earn dollars, trying to get your pet well. But, when your pet gets sick with an emergency! They send you to another Vet Doctor, which knows nothing about your pet, so you have to spend double for things you've already paid them for. So, the other Doctor knows whats going on with your pet! Never go there again! Bad Customer relations, they don't care about the pet, all they want is your money!

They have great availability; however, they always recommended the most expensive diagnostics and they were pricey. Compared to my brother's vet, this place was always significantly more expensive. It's hard finding a good place with quick availability, affordability, and friendly. They are available and friendly but expensive. Unfortunately I won't be using this place for my next pup if I can find another vet that actually tried to figure out the problem based on symptoms and not the cop out test everything and see what comes back.

Terrible feed back I must say I went to four hospitals and this was the fourth one I went too. I had a litter of Shihtzu and had recently euthanized 2 bc of cleft pallet I had third puppy that I took to get checked bc puppy wasn't sucking correctly and she would get milk in nose I assumed she also had a cleft pallet ! This was my fourth hospital that I went for consultation and doctor said puppy didn't have cleft pallet take into consideration the size of this puppy was very small and they didn't even use a light to pry open mouth and confirm no cleft pallet was visible I was willing to learn to tube feed puppy but since everyone said she didn't have one she later aspirated and I had to euthanize puppy ! She suffered more then needed to! This hospital prescribed me medication to something she didn't have and she would choke on it to ! I called later to explain the whole situation and they haven't followed up or given me a refund ! This is what I call neglect ! Puppy had all the symptoms and they didn't do the necessary check up needed on a puppy that size I get it something aren't always diagnosed correctly but even me with no license saw that her condition was visible to eye I've called many times and no one reaches out brandy front desk says she's supposedly reached out to manager? But I can't get a courtesy call ? This was neglegence to first degree ! Didn't have proper tools and prescribed me with wrong medication

I have been going to this veterinary for eons. It has allowed our pets to have long healthy lives. Some folks may complain about the prices, but that's just the way it is these days. Some procedures are less expensive than other local vets. Check and compare prices. Dr. G is our favorite doctor and Brandy our favorite assistant!
