My family and I have been faithful patients and customers at Phillips Ranch Pharmacy ever since owner Joanne and her team were still based in the old Phillips Loop shopping center. I have more than my fair share of RX meds, some of which require the occasional aggravation and contortions on the part of the pharmacy staff as they patiently wade through various loops and hoops caused by the seemingly once a year buy out of various physician's groups, etc, which undoubtedly complicate my pharmacy benefits. Yet Joanne and staff like Konnie and Kimberly have always been the picture of professional, dedicated and caring. Even though my insurer tries to coax me into switching to their mail service pharmacy or to the much larger, corporately owned CVS, I purposely keep my business with this outstanding pharmacy. For top notch customer care, patient adjudication of insurance issues and a willingness to work with their patients vis a vis special ordering preferred drug manufactured medicines, I strongly endorse Phillips Ranch Pharmacy! Tip: This store also carries the full line of American Greetings of greeting cards, stationery products and even a turntable carrel of various gift cards to popular retailers. Comes in handy for those gift giving occasions when perhaps you're feeling a little "under the weather" to trek out to the bigger stores!

Phillips Ranch pharmacy is a great community orientated business. I have used them since they were in Village Loop and they have gone above and beyond than larger Pharmacies. I love their family approach. I am always welcomed by name by there staff. A personal touch I don't get else where. I definitely recommend them to family and friends in the area!

This review is for the "health food store" attached to the pharmacy. Great juices from actually fruit and veggies. I had a panini that was delicious and super cheesy. Would reccomend.

Hands down the best pharmacy that I have been to. They are a small pharmacy with great personal care. They know you by name and there is very rarely any wait. The most that I've waited is about 15 minutes. That's only due to the fact that the dr had made a mistake on the actual prescription itself. Highly recommend. Absolutely WONDERFUL staff at this pharmacy. Can't beat that anywhere!
