“I have bought an Indian ringneck as a baby and it's my fiancé's pride and joy. We have even bought parakeets as well. People that come on here and give a negative review probably don't know what they are doing with their pets. Some people think it's cool to have a bird, hamster or fish but its more than just having it and looking at. Birds need attention, love, vitamins in their water... fish as well. You can't just throw a fish in regular water. You need to balance out the water with chemicals, leave it running for 2 days until the levels come back good in order for the fish to survive in it's new home. But this place is really good and i recommend it. So please, do your homework on what your going to get”

“I love it here!!! They have a large variety of brands, and the food I feed my kitten is less here than on chewy by a good amount (about 5 dollars less for 24 cans and 3 dollars less for the 4 pound bag). Plus the money stays local :) All the staff are really nice and helpful as well. If you're looking for new food for your carnivorous mammals, you can look up the brands they carry on dog/cat food advisor for reviews and analysis. They also carry food and supplies for small pets, chickens, and horses as well I believe. Give it a visit!”
“Found this place on accident when I was looking for a pet groomer after my dog ended up brushing up against a ton of poison oak. I walked in thinking someone else would clean my dog, but apparently you do it yourself here which probably helped, considering my dog doesn't like water all that much. The staff was extremely helpful and I will absolutely be back for another wash. Thank you!”

“Our reactive pup Otis has been thru a 3 week board and train last year and it was not a good experience at ALL , I was recommended to Ian and Dog on Fun by someone on the Nextdoor app, my family and I where in desperate need to help Otis overcome his fear driven anxiety and resource guarding of me and his mom , Otis stood at Dog on fun for 17 days , Ian trained every other day and Otis had activities every day at their fun zone, and fun it is ! I received photos daily from Dogs of fun and many many videos and pics from Ian while he was out training Otis , Ian took Otis to the park on many occasions, pet co and homedepot, places where we Otis' family never had to the confidence to do so. We are truly blessed and amazing on how well Ian helped Otis and how well Otis was treated at dogs on fun , this is going be long lasting relationship for us with Ian and Dogs of fun. When Otis first meet Ian , Ian was not able to go near him let alone pet him and let me tell ya the bond they share is amazing ! We have learned with Ian that having confidence, trust and with the right training any dog can overcome, we where at the point where we told our selves Otis will need to be rehome because a new family moved into our home , and with Otis' fears and setbacks we thought that was all we can do , but God lead us to Ian and Dog on fun and we all couldn't be more happier with the outcome ! Never give up on your pup no matter what the situation may look like , Ian has shown us that and Otis is different pup.”

“Pet Wants OC North goes above and beyond! We switched over from pedigree (I know, I know) several years ago and through a family recommendation started our dogs on Pet Wants food. Our dogs loved it! When my 10 year old senior dog was having trouble keeping weight on Othman suggested I try to put her on their puppy food to see if that would help! And it definitely did! Our dog was happier and healthier. Once her weight was back where it should be we started her on the chicken and brown rice. Just within the last 24 hours our dog ran out of food several days early from our scheduled delivery. I reached out to Othman and he said he can get food to me the next day in the evening. But to my surprise at 9 AM the next morning I had my order. I didn't have to run out and get an emergency can of dog food. Our dog is now 13 years old and as healthy as can be and I really believe it's from her high quality pet food from Petwants. Thank you Othman for going above and beyond!”

“I was introduced to Kahoots at an event where they handed out samples. I struggled to find a food that my dog would digest well and like to eat. Their house brand solved my problems. All my dogs have been on Kahoot’s kibble with good results and good health. I’m taking away one star for the management of the store. While the employees that I met originally were very friendly and customer oriented, it was obvious that upper management was causing frustration and issues. They have had constant turnover with staff ever since. The in-store staff are always pleasant and helpful, but it is difficult to get that “home-town” service and feel that drives the smaller businesses.”

“We used Mutt Cutts Dog Spa mobile grooming for the first time. Great service. Excellent communication. The service was quick and convenient. Our pup looks great! He received a full service and the groomer did an excellent job. It was so nice not to have our dog at the groomers for several hours. We will be booking a groom again. “This review is way too late. I want to go back to this house because we purchased our chocolate Labrador at this house 16 years ago. I know I am extremely late on this review but it's necessary. our chocolate Labrador lived for 16 years he was very healthy from the beginning. He never got sick. He only got sick towards the end of his life because he was aging. But as a young pup he had the best personality and the best immune system. Now that our KONA is in doggy heaven we are considering going back to purchase a new dog. I really trust this outfit. See you soon. And thank you for 16 years of love and happiness with our Labrador.”

This was one of the locations I was considering when adopting a rabbit. Like any good rescue, there is a vetting process and they responded to my application with an email and phone call within 3 days.”

“this petsmart is smaller BUT the team members Ben, Taylor, Jonathan, April, and Brent are amazing!!! they make your experience so much better and are always happy to help. Ben and April truly care about the animals and Taylor is so sweet with an amazing personality!!! the training is amazing! they value positive reinforcement and remain professional throughout the whole class. i got lucky with having a class size of 3 dogs (including my malinois with her being the youngest pup at 5 months). the training isnt difficult at all and we spend a good amount of time (hour session) going over homework, doing warmups, and practicing with the trainer. he really values working with the dogs one on one which i find helpful. overall this petsmart and the training is a great way to socialize your dog and i highly recommend coming here!!! also theres kitties galore with adoptions everytime i go”
“We absolutely love AMERICA PET RESORT!! Our husky has been going here almost a year since April 2023. After having to move last year our new housing provider told us we couldn't bring our doggie with us to live although we had her for 3 years at that time.We searched for the best place to put our dog short term until it could be resolved.Prior to this time we didn't even know that doggie daycare/boarding was a thing. We went to tour a few other daycares right before we found America pet resort &spa but did not feel they were a good fit since the dogs were only let out of their crate for 30 minutes a day. When I went into American pet resort and spa I KNEW we found the right place for our Luna! The staff are really great, kind, caring and knowledgeable here and it seems like they get the best batch of dogs. They let the dogs play for hours and we got to visit with our dog almost everyday until we were able to bring her home.Our dog has done boarding here and often does daycare. Next, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they also offer grooming services. Each time we get Luna groomed the groomers do the best job with her, making her look super brand new,soft, fluffy, and well loved! We love American pet resort as if they were apart of our family and wish them all the best success!! ????”

He actually refused to sell me more fish until I could come back and tell him the ones I’d purchased were all ok. Whatever your problem, he has a solution. “I’ve been looking for a place that could help cut my birds wings that’s closer than the magnolia pet farm. I called and she charged 7 which is worth not having to drive all the way to riverside. Great customer service! Had an awesome toucan just chillin that you could have jump on your arm. A good selection of birds, fish, mice, Guinea pigs, a few turtles lizards and snakes as well. It didn’t seem like the snakes were too cramped like I’ve read in other reviews. Maybe they listened to the reviewers and realized their mistakes? Anyway, I’ll most likely come back here for the wing clipping.”
