Technician did a diagnostic trouble shooting and got a code indicating the problem with my vehicle. Took all of 10 minutes for them to diagnose and get me a printout! All at no charge!

I needed a battery and the customer service was just fantastic. I had it replaced very quickly. Everybody at the store is friendly and professional. I would recommend buying from this store. I have been coming to this store for years for miscellaneous items and also to dispose of used oil.

Avoid this O'Reilly. They aren't even aware of the fact that Diesel fuel is, in fact, oil. There are plenty of other auto parts places around that likely have more knowledgeable staff.

O'Reilly's was great! I like how they give me printouts of all of the pricing for the things I need to buy. The employees were very helpful and took their time with me. While I realize they were busy I tried not to take too much of their time. I'm sure it's hard to hire knowledgeable people when it comes to auto repair but even so the employee was very helpful give me some options that I didn't realize were available. Especially since I hate working on cars! You got to do what you got to do so it's nice that someone can help you.

I went in to get a new battery. Jose was very cordial and professional. He gave me suggestions and installed the battery I chose. Every time I have gone to this location I have received excellent service! I highly recommend.
