Let me tell you all about Nitrous Garage - these guys are lifesavers! In the past few months, my car's tires have been taking a beating from all these potholes. Recently, one tire started wobbling like crazy.
I took it to a big box store, and they dropped a bombshell: the tire was separating, and they said I needed to contact the manufacturer. Ugh, this sounded like a huge hassle!
So, I called the manufacturer, and guess what? They told me to go back to the original installer for a warranty claim because they don't deal with customers directly. I was totally discouraged, picturing weeks of waiting and frustration.
But then, a miracle! I called Nitrous Garage and spoke with the owner, Marc. He was amazing! He told me to just bring my car in, and he would replace the tire for free and handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer.
I was floored! A company actually willing to go the extra mile and take care of me? They ordered the tire that same day, and I came back the next morning. To my surprise, they whisked my car right in and replaced the tire with zero hesitation.
Here's the best part: I fully expected to pay for mounting, balancing, and all that jazz. But when they brought the invoice... it said ZERO. I almost fainted! Companies just don't take hits like that for customers anymore, and Nitrous Garage did it without blinking.
Let me tell you, I'm a Nitrous Garage customer for life now! They deserve way more than 5 stars. Thank you, Marc, for being absolutely awesome and taking such exceptional care of me! You guys are the best! From now on, Nitrous Garage gets my business for all things tires and wheels

My tire blew out and I called 6 places near me and they either didn’t have the tire I needed or couldn’t fit me in. Nitrous garage had a couple people ahead of but still made time to pick up the tire I needed and serviced it within the hour. The gentleman was so humble and kind too! Ask for Gilbert ! He’s a lifesaver !

I came across this business online. I have never purchased anything like this online before but they gave me an excellent price and packed and shipped my wheels to Texas. They were ready to rock. Honestly it was such a great experience. They even added center caps and stickers that I wanted so that the wheels looked perfect. I didn't expect them to go above and beyond. Strongly recommend.

Michelle and her team are top notch! I would not hesitate taking any of my cars here again for either tire service or even patching up a curb rash job. My rim was scuffed pretty bad and needed to be weld-repaired and re-powder coated. Michelle was nice enough to even let me borrow a stock roller to drive on while they worked on my rim. They will take care of you if you have any issues! Very responsive and very professional

Amazing service, they made the process from beginning to end a breeze and I appreciate that from a company . It is amazing value for what you're getting they also checked my tires and threw on some tires for me because they noticed I highly needed some . The whole process took a day from 9:00- 4-00 all I did was drop off my car and everything was taken care of, the results were flawless I also appreciated the consistent updates on wheel process all throughout, definitely a 10/10 . Try it .

I contacted these folks about a set of wheels with TPMS (no tires) via email from an ad I saw on Ebay. They were polite and responsive, and we quickly agreed to a price for the package. it was a fair deal but not a huge bargain. But when I phoned to arrange payment and shipping they tried to change the terms, told me that they hadn't agree to what was in writing, and refused to honor the deal. Frustrating.

Your van driver blaring his horn at cars in bumper to bumper traffic and wearing back and forth betweenanes with no signal. You'd think people would learn not to be a**holes in company vehicles.

If u don't care about communication or wait time or the fact that you expected something to be done the way you asked then this place is for you but they work is good but they are terrible at costumer service as well as communication period dropped off a set of wheels to get repaired and powder coated on a Tuesday oct 25th was told they would be finished Friday or Monday the latest didn't receive a call so I called the followed Tuesday and guess what my wheels wasn't even touched smh then told they should be ready this Friday again Friday no call nothing so I called Monday and again got an excuse long story short my wheels wasn't finished for 3 weeks told it would take a week mind you they didn't call me one time plus I asked that my buttons be painted white was told ok then when I come pick up my wheels buttons aren't white and I'm told we couldn't do it wow wish I would of know that prior to leaving my wheels I wouldn't recommend this rim shop terrible customer service !!!

I was going down the 60 freeway and caught a real bad nail, I was on my way to meet with a client and 2 shops I had gone to we're not help , but nitrous had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended
