I reserved space for my mom's funeral reception and the service was HORRIBLE. Unfortunately I didn't check her reviews prior to booking the hall. The day of funeral she threatened to not open the doors after she realized that we were not having the food delivered from the Juan Pollo downstairs (assuming she gets a cut from JP food).
And we only received a quote for food from JP never confirmed or paid for anything.
But she still called and sent several text messages the morning of my mom's funeral demanding that I call her. It was very upsetting having to deal with her nonsense while waiting for my mom's service to begin. Upon arriving to the facility it was dirty and the kitchen was a mess. Then they had the audacity to not allow us use of the serving utensils! Apparently, kitchen utensils weren't included in the "kitchen facilities" price. The oddest part was she sent her son with a toddler to watch us while our event was going on but he never introduced himself. He was dressed in regular clothes, no uniform or t-shirt to identify himself we had no idea who he was till later. Please don't waste your time, money or energy on this place. It was terrible. Wish I would've checked out other places.

Had an appointment and the establishment was closed. Called the owner several times and finally she answered and was unable to meet me. She’s unprofessional as she didn’t call me to cancel prior to making the drive there. Will not do business with her.

I placed a last minute order from Minerva's Flowers and Craft. This is my first time, and I made a few errors on my order. Though, when I called them I spoke to a young lady who was very nice. She helped me and we agreed that they would delivery them the next day first thing in the morning and they did. My brother's friend received the flowers in the morning. They did an amazing job. I am very happy with the services and are that is put in those bouquets. Highly recommended

I hate my self for not reviewing her Yelp page before contracting her for my daughter's 15. Like one reviewer said it here, one's you sign the contract, everything goes downhill. If what you want is a STRESS FREE event, this is NOT the place. Im still embarrassed with my family and all my guest for the terrible service.
