The worst Metro Pcs in pomona they were not even closed and said sorry im not taking any payments im about to close , really doesn't even take two minutes to take a payment.... will not be coming back lost a customer

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible customer service. My mother bought a cell phone here from Lizmar. Not even a week later it stopped functioning. She called it in and they told her she needed to go back to where she purchased the phone. When she went and told him, not only did he refuse to give her a phone (which he told her he had in his inventory but refused to give her), he gave her a date to come back saying he ordered one, for her to go back a week later and he flat out told her he never ordered the phone. She has been in service with Metro for over 5 years and she couldn’t even believe how the whole situation panned out. I want to urge everyone to go elsewhere, he doesn’t deserve your business. And his excuse for his behavior was he’s a franchise and can change and make up rules as he goes. My mother was on the phone with metro and this is what Lizmar told the customer service rep when he refused to replace the broken phone she purchased from him. So I HIGHLY encourage you go elsewhere.

The manager took care of me, they were not careful with COVID-19 (he didn't wear a mask, he sneezed without covering it, he didn't wash his hands and they let people enter without a mask.), he didn't give me the total price of my purchase, he was kind, but when he gave me my new cell phone I had saliva on the screen.

Moises provided me with excellent customer service. He is very knowledable knows the products well and is able to answer all questions. He assisted me with getting the phone that works best for my needs and went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend you go to this location for your phone needs. Moises definitely loves his job and performs to the best of his ability. I give him the highest rating possible.

I recently switched carriers to MetroPCS and decided to combine with another three persons who already have MetroPCS into a 4-line plan. This the first time I am going to have MetroPCS so naturally I have a lot of questions especially that there is a promotion of 4 lines = $120. I called this branch ahead of time and Lizmar answered all my questions respectfully and patiently. Our call lasted 18 minutes (picture attached - took it a few days after the switched so it now says Metro by T-Mobile). He was very knowledgeable of the options and honest if he is not 100% sure. He was transparent on the cost and I appreciate that he admits it when he does not know or needs to double check on certain information. We did not realize that it was a bit of a drive to go there but it was worth it because the customer service we received from Lizmar was exceptional. At the store, Lizmar helped me port my number and combine the other three users into a 4-line plan. We were there about 40 minutes but it was mainly because the porting took 85% of it. The process went smoothly and Lizmar answered any additional questions we have regarding the plan. He even offered to call when the phone will be available and/or which ones they will have. Overall, our experience was great. It is not everyday that you find people who go above and beyond their given task and stay respectful and patient despite of the amount of questions I asked (I actually made a list before calling this branch and added more on our way to the store). So I would like to say thank you very much for helping and being patient with me at the store.

If I could give this place -3 stars I would. The only reason I'm giving them this rating is only because their poor newbie associate was super nice and it really wasn't his fault this place is poorly managed or that the owner of this store doesn't care enough to stand behind his people and honor in the name of good customer service. I was never told by the employee of his swapmeet store (which I presume is a failed business endeavor because I went today and it's gone) that accessories are final sale. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY DID ME. Keep in mind MetroPCS has a guarantee a promise that they are supposed to take back your phone if it doesn't have any more than 60 minutes of usage and has been within seven days I am on my seventh day today and there was no supervisor insight and two brand new employees running the store they almost succeeded in ripping me off completely. They tried to send me to a corporate store they tried to tell me to come back tomorrow on the eighth day when there weren't going to be any options for me because it's within seven days and I know that they knew that they also knew that the corporate store has a complete different system than they do and they cannot take the returns but yet they still sent me over there 15 minutes away only to have me sent back by their ASR Manager. Keep in mind I'm coming from Arcadia I made a stop in La Puente only to be told I have to go to the original store that I bought it from which was in the swat me in Pomona that place was closed it so happens that the employee mentioned that the same owner owns the store up the street thank goodness he said that otherwise I wouldn't have known. The owner is a crook do not go to the store he will rip you off it's a third-party store MetroPCS will not help you if you make it there anytime after the seventh day and even then they will make it incredibly difficult for you. It's Christmas time there are bound to be a lot of returns that is to be expected in retail I know because I worked retail as a manager for well over five years it is ridiculous to not have a supervisor in Store who can perform returns around the time of the holidays it is incredibly irresponsible to put two brand new employees when you know well that you're going to be getting a lot of returns. People buy cell phones as Christmas gifts. it happens I imagine...Go to Rio Rancho they are a corporate store they can give you a better deal I'm sure and if not at least they will honor MetroPCS promise no questions asked this store made it incredibly difficult for me and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else but if I were you I wouldn't even chance it..

Kevin helped me and he was very awesome.I didn’t get charged for switching devices. Had an amazing experience today and I’m very glad I came in. Thank you guys!!! Very impressed with Metro!!!
