Device warrantys are fraudulent. Besides service, warranties for store devices and return policies are fraudulent. Check their warranty website. Quickcell.com/warranty domain is being sold online I would recommend you buy products elsewhere.

Don't ever go back for service.The ladies at the front desk don't help at all.I was told I have to buy a SIM card even dough I just want to transfer my line to other phone. She was asking me for 45dls total plus tax for what just to transfer the line?I told her since when I need to buy a SIM card if I already have it and all I need it's just transfer my line to other phone and she said it's new policy from the companySince when I replied.I went to another metro PC's store never mentioned me about to gett a SIM card just for transfer my lineBas service

Customets check what they are selling you. I was given a 3rd phone line, after I had told the lady that I did not want a 3rd phone line. She also told me that the following month I was going to pay only $73, unfortunately it was not true. I had to pay close to $90
