Worst place Ever !!! i Started washing my towels ans and i noticed i forgot one open the door and the washer restarted it wanted me to pay again! I call the lady working here she didn't care at all she told me you have to pay again !!!

It was nice to see Kelly's friendly face again for my second time visiting this laundromat. She asked why I hadn't dropped in over the last couple of months as I shared that my 2021 MAYTAG washer at home had broken down again for the fourth time in the last six months. Granted, I'm glad I had sense enough to buy the five-year extended warranty, which has covered all the past service calls including parts. She said she felt bad for my misfortune but was glad to know that I had chosen to return to McCleans to do my laundry during this downtime. The things I will share about Kelly are that she is very friendly, welcoming, and funny along with being very helpful. On this visit, along with my usual dark, light, and white clothes to be washed. I brought in a queen-size comforter I had no idea how much laundry cleaning stuff I would need to take care of the task. She gladly gave me her advice and it turned out perfectly washed and dried. In my opinion, this is why she is such an asset to this business. Mind you, she helped me while taking incoming phone calls, making sure all was tidied up in the shop, and doing the Fluff & Fold service this location offers to their Customers. I also had no idea the volume of laundry that is brought in and goes out of this place. She is amazing at it and keeps it moving and organized to make sure she meets her client's deadlines. I know I'll be back for the next couple of weeks because I've been offered a Tech to come to my home after multiple attempts to repair my washer, that an inspector will be dispatched out for a determination if my washer will fall into the "Lemon" category. If so, Home Depot/AURION 3rd party repair company will offer a full refund of my purchase price, which I can then use to buy a new machine. That all sounds like a pretty sweet offer but, as we all know the prices of these machines over the last couple of years that I've owned mine, have gone up. So in the end, I'll still need to come up with the difference in cost. And who likes having to do that? However, a lesson learned, I'll be buying the extended warranty plan for the next machine too.See you next week Kelly. Cordialement,Michael of Pomona

I came in with low expectations and left with experience of great customer service, clean and working machines and quick time spent in building. Cici and lisa both were tremendous help and very polite and friendly. 10/10 definitely coming back when i have laundry to do.

I used to love this laundrymat. Clothes are not getting washed properly anymore there's a lot of machines that need to be serviced the workers are super nice really friendly very helpful they are the reason I kept giving this laundromat a chance .there's not enough large machines that are working . hopefully they get everything running the way it's supposed to be.

Very clean and modern! You have the option to pay with all major credit cards. They also offer a service where you drop off, they wash, fold & bag and you pick up the next day or pick up and deliver from and to your home.

This location is not great. Employee purposely unpressed the extra wash button when I walked away before the washing machine started. Unbelievable.

This place is on the more expensive side but worth every penny. You can put several loads in one washer and they come out super fast and super dry. It is very clean and run by wonderful people. It saves me so much time even though I own my own washer and dryer. I am in and out with ten loads in less than an hour and a half.

My washer broke down so came here to do laundry. Got ten dollars in quarters but was shorted a quarter. Brought it to the laundry attendance's attention and she rolled her eyes and refused to refund me my quarter back. I've never experienced such an unprofessional, rude and disgusting person like her! I just told her to forget it and walked out. This happened around 1pm on Monday, May 1st. I will never give this place my business nor recommended it to others.

I love coming here, however I visited again today around 7:20pm. That same rude, and disrespectful woman was there. Had the doors closed and was cleansing the machines. I didn't bother to walk in because I don't want to interact with her, so I ended up leaving. Hopefully when I come back I don't have to see her. It's a shame that now I have to check and see if she's there or not otherwise I don't want to do my laundry while she's working there.

Sometimes laundromats are overwhelming, but this place is awesome. I've come here twice now in the middle of a Saturday into the evening, and it's always super calm here. And for a laundry spot, they play some pretty good mixes here haha. Other places I've gone to can be a lot. I get sensory overload sometimes, and this laundromat has made doing my laundry really easy and almost relaxing - I don't know how that happens, but I'll take it. Also when you hit I think 400 points, you get an additional $3 added to your card. I've only done big batches here twice, and was able to get this bonus easily, so i was able to dry my clothes after the second time for free. The only complaint is the parking, but honestly you can easily throw your hazards up and quickly load or unload your laundry. They also have carts you can roll out to your car for ease of accessibility.
