Bought a vehicle 2 month ago from them. The car has problem when driving it loose speed and the dashboard lights show different warning signal. But they don’t fine anything wrong with it.

Applied online for one of their vehicles through Yelp. Waited a few hours. I guess they don't check their messages very often... Decided to call them to check the status. They haven't even looked at my application until I called them. They told me I would know within the next 24 hours if they would approve me. Never got a call... A simple "Sorry we can't approve you at this time" would have sufficed... please look elsewhere for your next vehicle. Communication is key in my book."Get approved instantly" ? False advertising.

My experience purchasing a car from Royal empowered motors was excellent. I worked with Helen through the entire purchase. She was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as she could. I was a little skeptical at first because I have always had bad experiences with purchasing used cars but Helen made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises & even fixed a couple things I didn't really enjoy such as a new paint job !! I would highly recommend working with Royal empowered motors to purchase your next vehicle.

Where to begin, when i stepped foot at this dealership I was impressed with the selection of cars Veronica and Helen had as well as the assistance I received from the moment I walked in to leaving was all so wonderful. I definitely wouldn't look anywhere else. The ladies here really took their time to narrow my selection down and also had excellent advice. I am a very satisfied customer with their service let alone, grateful to have made my big time purchase here at Royal Empowered Motors! Where do I start? I guess I can start by saying I get incredibly nervous when I'm about to make a big purchase. My anxiety builds up and I freak out. To add to this I was on my way to purchase my first car and I had terrible credit. All of that went away when I met Helen and Veronica. Man were they so welcoming. They walked me around the lot, offered me a water, and had a great set of questions to help me find the car that was just right for me. When it came to the paperwork they blessed me with the opportunity of being a car owner even with my poor credit. Thanks to them I am on a path to better financial well-being! Overall, they had great customer service, they were very kind and accommodating, and they had a great selection of vehicles at great prices. I highly recommend Royal Empowered Motors, especially if you are apprehensive about the car purchasing process!
