Nice people working at this location. They do what needs to be done and in a day or 2 I access my lab results online. Simple...good job. Thanks.

It took about 4 weeks to get a morning appt at this facility for basic blood work for a physical. Upon check-in the office lady immediately informed me that they were out of stool sample kits and I would have to come back another day to pick one up. Then she said she has no idea when that would be. 5 minutes later she collected my insurance info and advised me there was a hold on my account from 4 years ago and they could not provide services to me at this time. What a waste of time. They could have told me this when I made the appt with them 4 weeks ago. This company is very mismanaged and I will NEVER use them again!

Place is horrible. I was walking up and the y closed the door. Couldn’t even let me reschedule. I would buzz to and they would ignore me. I was on the phone at front door, and they let people out of a different door so they would t have to talk to me.

Horrible. Three hour wait in the cold. Most locations temporarily closed. On-line appointments practically unavailable. Having my doctor schedule future lab orders with Quantum Labs. Done with the corporate lab Corp pigs ? ?

Now I understand all of the mixed reviews for this location! Today was weird, apparently they closed early at 12 instead of 2 and my appt was scheduled for 12 and I checked in via mobile. The receptionist was leaving people outside with no response, luckily a nurse coming back from break let me in once I told her about my appt. The receptionist was so-so. At first she was rude with one-worded replies but I also think she was stressed because she was super pleasant on my way out. My tech Elizabeth was the best! Put me at ease and was in and out of my vein super quick! I think people have bad experiences here because of understaffing but they really weren't that bad, I was there about 35-40 minutes total so not too crazy.

Seems an okay place for your blood draws. There are 2 check-in kiosks at front. After your check-in they will call you and do the formalities followed by blood draw. Technicians seems good and skillful.
Point of improvement seems to be having a front desk or associate who can guide patients. I could saw many patients who doesn't know how to use the machine check in asking for help and many old people standing on queues. Also a first timer has hit little info on how to do things.
Seems a single staff working as a patient relations executive could solve much of their flaws.
But overall it's a recommendable place to be for your blood works.

I just wanna say thank you for everybody works at the LabCorp Pomona location on Royalty Dr. specially Kathy thank you so much for your help you guys doing a great job I don't know how much you guys getting paid but I know you guys get very busy and you deal with lotta people and you're doing a great job. Thank you for your good work Kathy is the best in the west

I thought everything went well until I got a call from KATHY who informed me they threw away my stool specimen because I did exactly what I was told to do the day before after getting blood drawn …. To leave specimen in tray by door in room where blood is drawn. She was pretty rude and nasty to me. Then couple days later - I receive notice things are not right with my stool sample! So she didn’t throw it away? I looked up reviews for this company and they are disturbingly bad! I don’t recommend this company to anyone who cares about their health.

If my insurance didn't send me to this place, I would not come here. First you can never get an appointment online, if you do you are very lucky. On 12/28/23 there were so many people and they were very slow calling name. I just don't know about this place anymore. Hire more people or something, today was horrible.

Working in the medical field, it's hard to get our own health care taken care of. So seeing that this place Labcorp was open on Saturdays was great. So I show up , one person at the front desk. Place completely empty. So I go to register & the lady at the front tells me that on Saturdays it's by appointment only. With a smug look on her face. With one person waiting, and 4 employees sitting on their butts doing nothing. With no cares in the world. This is bad medical practices and this place should be ashamed of itself! Will never waste my time with this joke of a place again! Zero stars!

This is one of my go to LabCorp locations. It can get pretty crowded, especially in the morning, but I'm never there more than an hour during this super busy times. There's even been a few times I've been in and out in 15 minutes, all without an appointment. The staff are patient and friendly. The workers do their jobs well.

Hard to get someone to talk to when you call. Dropping off specimen needs to check in and wait as if you need to be seen should have known it before, I would have mailed the sample specimen. I waited a long long hour just to drop off something. ???
