“I was helping my real estate friend to find some flooring for a home he was about to flip. I Yelped some places around the house he was working one, which was in Pomona, and this company showed up. We both went in to check it out. It had the flooring he was looking for at a really great price. The young lady helped us out and was able to explain and show all the different floorings they have. We instantly bought floorings for the project.They also have cabinets and other things for home remodeling to sell. “I was at Home Depot looking for a shower part that they didn't have in stock and the guy said if I needed it the same day that Ferguson's would probably have it. I never heard of them before so I looked them up, called to see if they had the item in stock, and sure enough they did!I drove to their store and the cashier at front welcomed me and asked if I needed help looking for something. I showed him the photo and he went to grab it for me- talk about great service! Their pricing is a little more than Home Depot/Lowe's, but worth it if you need something in a jiffy. They also don't take Apple Pay, so make sure to bring your credit card or cash app”

The sales consultant Koichi Motegi assisted us and was very knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile and drew us a sketch for our bathroom remodel. He's amazing! “Found this place when I was searching for certain brand lock set for my front doors, I have been going there for my bathroom remodels. They carry higher end, great quality product you don't typically find at Home Depot. I deal with Dominique, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, unlike the girl there, he follows up and calls you back which is a pet peeve with me. We only had some issues with no follow up or call back from the girl there, the rest of the guys are very helpful but my "go to" is Dominique. Also, there selection and options are excellent.”

“We are a high end tile and natural stone contractor. I ordered 2 Wedi square center drains from Designer drains. This was for the metal drop in grate along with the matching metal frame for the drop in grate. I asked to have one finished in Brushed Gold and Polished Chrome for the other. Both arrived well packaged, very well finished and exceeded both both our's and our client's expectations. A great resource for offering my clients something unique and different from the standard Wedi drain options. Will order from again!”

“So, as novices to home renovation and all things plumbing, we were seeking education & answers to lots of questions. The guys here really know their stuff, took their time with explaining things to us & were kind enough to even print specs on a couple items "just in case." They weren't looking to make a sale, but rather be perfectly helpful & thats exactly what they were!”

“We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”

“I am SHOCKED! I tell you flabbergasted that I had never reviewed this place before! This is my 2nd home away from home for all things culinary. I love everything about this small shop. They are consistently changing the products seasonally and this is a place you can come into and wander about to find that special gift for someone. I come here often for Nordicware or for Beekman body products. The gift wrapping here is so special (psst it's one of the reasons why I keep coming) their buyer takes the time to purchase little unique items that would go wonderfully in someone's kitchen. Once a year they have a sidewalk sale and you can find cool things discounted so please do check their Instagram page often for those dates. Respectfully Reviewed.”

“My wife and I decided to do a complete kitchen remodel. We had a general idea of what we wanted but didn't have any plans or anything of that nature and we didn't really even know where to start. I hired a contractor that was referred to me by a friend. My contractor told me to give Marlon at Farada Cabinets a call and he would help us figure out the layout of the kitchen. Marlon was quick to set up an appointment and come take a look at what we were working it. He took pictures, measurements and got a general idea of what we wanted. Mind you walls were going to be removed, sink was going to be moved, all appliances were pretty much going in different places. He had plans drawn up very quickly and made it all come together. From there we just made a few small adjustments till it was exactly what we wanted. And now with our kitchen almost 100% complete I honestly couldn't be happier. I walk in to my house and love what i see everyday. Marlon was there every step of the way. Super helpful, polite, professional and just all around pleasant person to deal with. Any minor issues were taken care of with no hassle. I'm so glad he was referred to us. I honestly don't know what I would have done without him. Once the kitchen is painted I post before and after pictures.”

“I never knew that I needed this type of toilet until I vacationed in Japan. The toilets there all are automatic with bidets and with heated seats. I never felt more comfortable. After coming back to the US, I remodeled the restroom and decided to get one and I ordered ATS-1000. The remote control gives you all the options you wanted, instead of having to look on the side of the toilet. They have two types of pressure washing, the regular one and the feminine one. I have not used the Purestream function yet. There's also a dryer, which is at the right pressure and they all work well. Definitely pleased with this product. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.”

“This place is freaking massive!!! When you walk in you start at the beginning of the maze which is awesome cause you get to walk through the entire store and see everything and all the room displays and how they designed and decorated the different rooms of your home which also gives the buyer (you) ideas! The also have employees posted at different spots throughout the maze in case you need help or assistance with anything and they are super friendly and eager to help you! They have anything and everything to furnish and decorate your new dorm room to the new family home you just bought from things as small as silverware all the way up to bed sets and everything in between!!! And the value is amazing cause you would spend 2-3 times more anywhere else! If you have never been to an ikea I highly recommend you go to one and see just how crazy your imagination can run wild! Can you make it out without filling up you shopping cart or getting some new furniture or decorations for your place???”

I actually give them less than 1 star. these cabinets are crappy. mine are less than a year old and there are dings and dents all over. the doors will not line up no matter how many times i adjust it. I am not a rough person and take great care of my belongings. don't waste your money. you will regret it. Nadeem's responded to my review but of course she blamed everything on my contractor instead of taking responsibility. To add to my review, I have to agree with Sue S. on the rudeness of the staff. Costumer service is very important and this company has none.”

“Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.”

I had to use a different map then my truckers app to get here because there's some sections, of the streets are shut down because of the construction.Pretty easy to get in and the gentleman with the long hair seem very nice. They're open weekends but for a very short time.***ATTENTION:*** Truck drivers there is a smokey gray color door, with a bell to ring, by dock # 9 that's where you go to check in.”
