Dirty, disgusting office that is in need for some deep cleaning and sanitation. Procedure rooms have not been cleaned in months. Bathroom was disgusting and did not have soap. Just like restaurants are inspected, medical offices should be inspected too because the state of this office was simply unacceptable.

For being my first time it was clean they were friendly didn't see patient room In disarray so Far good ..For the first time .

Go somewhere else. The staff is not there to help you. Nice Dr, horrible staff. They do not return phone calls & I keep running out of medication & have to walk in to the office to get anything accomplished. Terrible service. ?
