I have bought a few things now from IndoTrading USA for selling on Amazon. While I do sell on Poshmark as well, there are a lot of other wholesale companies that offer the same, if not better quality clothing, for a much cheaper per price piece. But the biggest reason I am giving them 2 stars, is because of the items that I have sourced for Amazon FBA.

I have bought a few things now from IndoTrading USA for selling on Amazon. While I do sell on Poshmark as well, there are a lot of other wholesale companies that offer the same, if not better quality clothing, for a much cheaper per price piece. But the biggest reason I am giving them 2 stars, is because of the items that I have sourced for Amazon FBA. I have purchased 7 or 8 different items from them. While they make it clear on their site that they can't guarantee ungating, they do state that they will provide all of the documentation including invoices and they only source toys with CPC's. I purchased some Bo-peep figurines, sent in the paperwork requested to Amazon and they said that the CPC I provided was not a CPC. Upon asking Indo to please get me the CPC from the vendor, I was told that what I was given was all they had with their apologies. When I brought this up to them, that now I had large items with nowhere to store them that I purchased with the understanding that I would be receiving a valid CPC with, I was told that they were sorry and would change the wording on their site. One of the first purchases I ever made from Indo, were some Vremi Collanders that were selling very well, multiple units a day for months. When I purchased the colanders, I was told that Vremi the manufacturer was no longer going to make them and would be pulling their items off of Amazon. They never pulled them but left the price high so they would not be competing with the rest of us that bought out their stock. Last month, Vremi decided to drop their price far below what the rest of us can afford to match. When I contacted Indo to let them know that Vremi had renigged on their contract, I was told it was a verbal agreement, no written contract, and that they would be contacting them but Vremi had done this before and there was nothing they could do. The people at Indo Trading USA are very nice and try to accommodate and I have no doubt that they do feel bad these things have happened. My guess is that they are maybe inexperienced in business and don't know the rule of getting everything in writing. I would also recommend, if you are selling on Amazon through FBA, check all of the prices before you buy, the ROI and profits are WAY off on about 98% of their items. I am not sure if they run the numbers through a 3rd party program like Inventory Lab or what, but I get emails with products that state they are $3 profit or 30% ROI, and when I run the numbers on Amazon with shipping and fees, they are in many cases, in the red after shipping and fees. You can find a diamond in the rough, but I would highly recommend either spending the time to do the legwork to find your own products and vendors or look into FBA Fox or another company that has large inventory lists with accurate numbers and products that you can profit with.

Someone mentioned earlier in one of their reviews how hard it is to come across online wholesalers/suppliers when you yourself are in the reselling business. I couldn't agree more. I discovered IndoTrading back in February while I was recovering from knee surgery and couldn't last more than a half hour sourcing for products on my crutches. It was a gamble especially since I was a newly full time reseller and dropping a couple thousand dollars blindly wasn't in my long term business plan. However, it worked out. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here giving a five star review. Sure, there were some items I wasn't hot about but what I liked about them is that they are willing to work with you. It's hard for a company to meet your needs if you do not communicate what you are looking for and what you are willing to invest. I tried a few other similar companies and IndoTrading definitely stands out among them in their customer service and willing to work with the buyer. Especially since they brought on BriAnne. She has been a pleasure to work with. A true gem. I look forward making IndoTrading my number one supplier as I shift my business to retail. Did I say BriAnne is awesome? No? She is amazing and exceeded my expectations with the last order. Thank you guys!!

Indo Trading USA is a great company to work with! I have been doing business with Agie Sigotang for a year . He is one of my favorite buyers. He always pays up front for his goods, and he is always readily available by phone . He is always willing to travel to look at new deals , and more than anything he is motivated . I admire his willingness to try new types of merchandise and branch out on to multiple different ventures. I ordered a Nordstrom 50 pcs box (most of them NWT) for almost $500 expecting to receive nice dresses, blouses and pants. Instead, I got PJs and basic tops (some of them with stains), a coat with a missing belt, and shorts with sign of wear. I emailed customer service and their response was all sales are final. Total waste of money and time.

It's hard for an online seller to buy products to resell these days. I wish these guys don't have a Yelp so I don't have to share them with the world. However, it's only the right thing to do. They are awesome, super helpful staff, awesome products. Ok enough... y'all gona think I'm getting paid by them to write this. Enjoy!

Great people working in this wholesale company. Their services and products are outstanding. They deliver what they promised, and that's unusual in the wholesale/overstock industry.
