Chicken and carne asada are the best in Pomona! The ranchera might look thick, but the butcher does an amazing job trimming off the silver skin and excess fat, which makes the meat incredibly tender once it’s cooked.

The BEST marinated chicken in the state! Same recipe for at least 15 years, which is the amount of years I've been a customer. I now live in Apple Valley (Victorville area) and still travel an hour because their marinated chicken and asada cannot be matched!
