My wife and I are working with a kitchen & bathroom designer on a San Diego project that just happens to be 500-miles from where we are living in NorCal. Logistical challenge for sure. When it came time to select porcelain slabs Adriana and my wife chatted on the phone and quickly had a meeting of the design minds. Selection came by using Facetime with Adriana walking through the wherehouse showing us inventory until we came up with the slabs for our needs. Nowadays we all are relying on technology but without personal service it's a bit hollow. People like Adriana make it ring true and fit together. For us she made a world of difference!

I was referred by a friend to Genuine Materials who just finished remodeled her dream house. I took some samples home, use the samples as a palette; put ketchup, soy sauce, wine, even vinegar on them and left over night. They pass all the test without stains and are very easy to clean. Quality is top notch! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Love my kitchen with my brand new counter top. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Not far from the 15 and 10 freeway connection. Strictly Quartz material products, with cool inside and warehouse personnel. They had a fairly large assortment of sizes and colors. I will definitely go back again when it's time for my kitchen remodel for the counter tops.

I am relatively new to Genuine Materials I had been purchasing materials at other places until a good friend told me about Genuine Materials ,we've been dealing with Adrianna Porras and now we won't consider going anywhere where else ,their selection is great ,their prices are really good ,and their customer service is the best (Adrianna will go avobe and beyond) ,why go anywhere else!!!

BEST place for quartz countertops! As a contractor, we love having the option to have our clients see and choose their countertops that they love in person! They have the best quality and provide everything any contractor, and any fabricator may need! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! They are a wholesaler, so if you are a customer you need to hire a contractor or fabricator company to shop here for you and install them.

I love the colors of Stone at this store , the owners are super friendly but they have a saleswoman named Adriana and she is a climber with all the manufacturing clients that I send . I believe that a saleswoman should stay away from the clients, however and wherever the client is respected.

They give my installer 2 different prefab with the same name and they knew they have 2 different batches because when I went to see it they told me not to look at the one to look at the new one. So I went to the warehouse to let them know what happened they blame my installer because he should've check. The manager was really rude she kept on telling me that's why we don't sell to public so we don't deal with customers talk to your installer but when I went to check the quartz to see if I approved to buy from the place they where all nice.SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE SO YOUR KITCHEN DON'T END UP LOOKING LIKE MINE..
