Fred loya insured driver hit the back of my wife's car. This insurance company is so cheap. They wouldn't even replace my 2 yr old son car seat. It's California law and now we're going to have to take them to small claims court over it. They are a horrible company to deal with. I'm sure they don't mind taking your payment but when it comes time to count on them they won't be there. Be smart and choose someone else.

The absolute WORST experience from an insurance agency that I've ever had. I'll be letting my policy cancel today and hopefully never have to deal with them again.

Horrible customer service! The hours show that their open till 7pm. I show up at 6:17 and they are closed. The lady sitting in the desk directly in front of the door acted like I wasn't knocking or pulling on the door. I shouted to her and she finally acknowledged me just to say they close at 6, I told her the horse show 7 and she shook her head at me. I don't know why anyone would get insurance from this company.

Get employees that can answer the phone!!! Omg I called 5 times the girl on the phone got my Name and put me on hold then hanged up then I called again and she did the same 5 times!!!

They take for ever to help you and get insured and they leave sign saying that they will be back in 10 min and don't show back until 20 mins after. this is the third time this happens
