I am extremely frustrated and displeased with this company. I have visited 2 of the patient service centers this week during the listed service hours and both have been CLOSED! On Monday 10/31 I went to the Riverside location. I got there at 4 pm and walked in. No one there. Waited for over an hour and no one ever showed up. They left in such a rush that they didn't even lock the door or leave a sign saying they were closed early. Multiple people walked in and were equally as confused. Talk about patient confidentiality! Anyone could have looked through files or even stolen equipment. Today, Wednesday 11/2 I came to La Habra location. The same thing!!!!! Sign on door says they are on lunch and will be back at 1pm got there at 1:10pm and waited for an hour and no one ever showed up. At this point I have taken off time from work to come, I have driven over 3 hours there and back both times. I am extremely confused at the unprofessionalism. Do children without responsibilities work at these locations? They can leave at any time they want? I would recommend listing hours as "what employees feel like" rather than 8 -5!

If I could give this place a ZERO I would! Let me start off by saying management is AWFUL! During my training I was yelled at and belittled multiple times by the Client Service Supervisor, Cynthia Villa! She constantly makes her employees feel like they are stupid regardless if they did something wrong or not! She also loves to listen into her employees phone calls and micromanage! Especially during training where mistakes are expected, instead of teaching you and encouraging you she makes you feel like your an idiot! When I asked her how low she has been a phlebotomist she replied "Longer than you've been alive!" When I was moved into Phlebotomy department, I changed supervisors. If I thought Cynthia Villa was bad, Diana Eubanks was WORSE! Be very careful with her! She's the most deceitful person at this company! She does not care at all for the well-being of her team! Favoritism is definitely a factor in this department! I was assaulted by a patient's brother and she never called to ask if I was ok or check on me in general! That entire ordeal was very traumatic and I felt like it was more of a burden for her than anything! A few months later, she demoted me claiming that multiple patients were making complaints that I was rude and because I didn't speak Spanish! No where in my job description does it say that I am required to speak Spanish! If I'm not mistaken that is illegal to discriminate against someone for not being bilingual! I find it funny how she said all of this to me but changed her story to HR! I have sought Legal Advice regarding this and am looking into with filing a formal complaint! Lastly, my work habits were so bad! The office was very outdated and unsafe! Things were falling apart everywhere! I was stationed at the Rialto PSC and on multiple occasions me and my coworkers were in danger from the homeless and vagrants that we're living there! Police were called multiple times and advised us that we were not safe there but management did NOT care! Beware when working for these people! They don't care about you! I suggest you go somewhere where your safety and well-being are made a priority!

Don't recommend this place at all I canceled my order with them the same day I did blood draw for a surgery because the surgery facility was going to do a blood draw anyway and the supervisor I didn't get her name wouldn't here me out she kept saying she didn't have time for this and that I kept changing my story when I was trying to explain to her I cancelled it she would talk over me if I could I would put no star!

Received a referral from my daughter's doctor to get bloodwork done. The hours listed on the referral said 8:30am to 5:00pm closed for lunch 12:30-1pm so the first day we got there around 12:45pm just in time to be firs after they return from lunch. Was told they don't have enough patients for the tech to stay all day so she leaves at 12:30pm so after driving for about 45 mins I was pissed. So because school was starting and our schedule was full we tried the 2nd day which was today and we got there right at 12:16 pm because we could not get there any earlier due to other appointments. The front desk girl said the tech was not taking any more patients and she had shut the machines down already. I was double pissed because it was not 12:30 yet. These people must think that it's ok to just waste people's time and not stay open the full time. Now it's to the point I will not only leave this yelp report but will be calling the main office. ***This is for the Torrance , Ca location***

Had the pleasure to see one of their drivers in action, the idiot was not only blind but deaf too, came about two inches from hitting me, and never did anything to avoid the collision, forcing me to slam on my breaks and swerve. This happened on 08/30/2019 car marked fl 107.

This place is a complete scam and mess. They send MULTIPLE BILLS with DIFFERENT AMOUNTS for services my insurance and myself paid for already from OVER A YEAR AGO!!! It's maddening. Waste so much of my time on the phone trying to figure out why they keep sending me bills ranging from over $700 to $100 over the course of a year. I am more than happy to pay whatever I actually owe which I'm sure I have but according to the foundation lab my insurance keeps going back and forth changing how much they pay!? For over a year over a regular lab test? This is complete BS and makes no sense. This guy Carlos A. (A for a********* had the nerve to condescendingly ask if I've read over my explanation of benefits from my insurance company or called them. Like no?? Because I trust them over your arbitrary billing practices? I've never had other billing issues like this before with my insurance but all of a sudden I'm the one who doesn't understand foundation labs "strong reputation" and their wack a** billing policies. I'm not going back to the doctor that sent the labs over to them even though I like them bc it's too much hassle to deal with these scumbags that harass you with bills over a year after the service was performed and payment received.

I did the weight insights test and I was surprised by a few of the findings related to the kind of foods I metabolize and the best kind of exercise for me. I’ve been following the recommendations for 4 months now and I’ve been able to keep the weight off. I’ve recommended this to all my friends!!
