The owner helped me ship a package via dhl and even called to follow up letting me know it was delivered. Definitely an extra touch most places don't do. Great service and would ship again through him if I need DHL again!

I went to express ship center because the location was convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and value of service provided. The gentleman who helped me, Sonny, was attentive to detail, knowledgeable and provided me with the right options. In addition, as I had explained this was work related, they sent me regular text updates on the status of my packages (not the standard DHL texts, from Sonny himself). I don't know what these other reviews are about but this place is fantastic. I wish they were closer to home so I could use them regularly. You can't get better customer service. Best value.

I had a FedEx return that I wanted to return sooner than later, but there were no FedEx Offices nearby. I looked online and through Yelp and found Express Ship Center, which was down the street from me. I called to ensure they do, in fact, provide drop-off receipts (VERY IMPORTANT) and that they were a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter. Very conveniently located near the Cal Poly Pomona campus, in a strip mall on Temple Ave., in-between Valley Blvd. and Pomona Blvd. Express Ship Center also provide a range of services, as noted on their Yelp page. I drove there during lunch and dropped off my package, and left with a drop-off receipt, of course! I was greeted promptly as I walked into the store. The only thing that I am wary off is, the packages may not feel "secure" when dropped off but I will only use them if I cannot get to a FedEx Office earlier than I need to. Plenty of parking in the plaza and great customer service! The FedEx truck driver picked up my package that afternoon and it was on its merry way for my return. Let's support small businesses!

I came here to send off a rather large package. The guys here were great and very welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure it was properly packaged and safe during shipping. Would definitely use their services again.

Upon entry to the store, I was immediately greeted and recognized as a customer. That's just a respectful feeling. I was soon informed about the courier services available to use. I had a few large boxes and was informed fully on pricing and delivery timeframes. The representative was very knowledgeable and I was very content with the overall service. Indeed.

Most helpful shipping center in the area! The shipping procedures can get really confusing nowadays, especially when it comes to international packages. This place is your best bet to get packages delivered without hiccup. Raj the owner's son is so helpful. He goes out of his ways to make sure all your paperworks are complete and up to standard. You also have a lot of choices here and Raj helped us pick out the best shipping method according to our specific criteria. I'm doing all my shipping here from now on.

New owners, and the service is great. There is a minimum spending amount for card which is a little inconvenient, but it's not anything to worry about. I gave 1 star with the previous owners, so it only made sense to rectify that review with an updates one.
