Eastern Van Lines was amazing! We recently moved our fulfillment center from a 8000 square foot warehouse to a 15000 square foot warehouse.Over three days, they moved approximately 1000 boxes, cut down our pallet racks and moved them, 16 large shelves that were filled with inventory, 40 rolling racks, 10 large rolling desks, and a very large and cumbersome packaging table as well as countless other miscellaneous stray products and furniture.All was moved with no issue and they moved everything in the exact order as we needed them to. Upon delivery to the new space they also put things exactly where they should go which enabled us to not miss one day of fulfillment for our customers.While the listed things may seem like things any mover would do, this is my third time moving to a larger space and I can say hands down that Eastern Van Lines made my moving experience so easy I would actually say it was pleasant!!

These guys really screwed us. After taking a $600 deposit, they showed up, only to say they're only ordered to pick up one mattress and 15 boxes. Why am I paying for 4 hours then?? The guy who I booked with (supervisor Noel) did not even pick up or call me back to clear the mistake. They did not do the job AT ALL. Only wasted my time so I had to scramble to rent a truck and find someone else at the last minute. ZERO STARS. These guys have no respect for your time or any pride in their work.

Shockingly unprofessional. I received a quote from Glenn Selvin for a commercial move, after which I informed him nicely that we'd be going with a different company. He asked why (which I didn't need to answer) and I told him it was a company we'd gone with in the past. He then emailed me snarkily saying "I appreciate the opportunity to have checked numbers for the mover you were always going to use anyway." When I told him this was an unprofessional response, he went off on a rant about how I'd wasted everyone's time by getting a quote from him. Cool, next time I'll just get fired instead of following my boss's instructions, I guess. What a j****

Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. Eastern was referred to me by a friend who moved from Santa Monica to Texas three years earlier. It was a pleasure to work with Todd, who was thorough and made the experience so easy. I moved from Phillips Ranch in Pomona to Oxnard, CA in July, 2019. Hard to get rid of and pack items from 35 years at one location, but Todd gave me a lot of tips that helped the process go smoothly. On loading day, a great crew of guys showed up on time and moved everything out faster than I could even keep track of. They even packed up odd shaped items I couldn't figure out what to do with. The next morning we headed to my destination and again, on time. It was the same crew both days and they were experienced and so friendly. I could not recommend them more highly.

Eastern moved me in September 18. One of the movers broke a light fixture so I submitted a claim as was instructed to do so by Todd. I've been emailing for months with no response from the company. Today I finally got a hold of Todd who informed me that he doesn't know how to process my claim but he can't talk to me about it at the moment and he was going to have to let me go. I've never experienced 'customer service' like that before. I would never recommend this company. Not only did they break my light but they totally milked the clock, standing around...talking on their phones while supposed to be moving my stuff. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!

During my move; personal items were stolen, items were intentionally left behind, most of our kitchen items were dumped in boxes with no protection, and several items were damaged. On delivery of my household goods, the job supervisor acknowledged the damage but refused to stick around for me to open the rest of the boxes to properly note the paperwork. I was told to just submit a claim. I followed the claim process, of which they are not obligated to comply with any recommendation. It took 3 month for the initial review to get a joke of a settlement offer. I resubmitted for review and after 2 more months they added $30 to original joke. I tried to resubmit the claim again, but the claim service stated that they only allow a single resubmission and they are done. I will continue to dispute their wrongdoing!
