interesting story, i called to bring the car in about a non functional radiator fan. Called Mr Paul and he took my car in within 10 minutes. In the way, right as i turned into the shop, my car shut off. Its never done this before! But glow and behold, a potentially terrible new problem. I told Mr. Paul about it. He took a seat in my car and turned it on, noticed the idling rpm was totally wrong, and accepted to make those additional repairs aswell on a moments notice. Im a delivery guy. I need this car. A day later he calls to tell me its ready, right in time for my next shift. Idles great, doesnt shut off, ready to go off the shop. Im very happy with the price because i know the money goes to help Mr Paul pay for his expenses and to pay for his team of mechanics. I had a really happy experience here. 10/10Services: General repairs & maintenance

Was driving on the road and suddenly started hearing metal grinding on metal. Uh oh, I knew my brake pads were pretty worn out but I pushed it off replacing to milk the life out of the pads. It was time. I came to Hi Tech because I heard great reviews about this place from several friends. Paul, the owner is incredibly sincere, patient and honest! The repair was perfectly done, price was honest and fair, and I left with a sense of satisfaction that's hard to find in other auto centers. Amazing service. I'll be returning to Hi Tech once I milk the life out of my brand new brake pads! :)

I am very disappointed with this place. After doing installation on my back brakes, I noticed the car did not have any emergency brakes due to paul not doing the specific adjustments. I went back to resolve the issue and Paul was willing to do the adjustment for another payment. So basically, I got charged twice for one brake job. Paul does not keep his word when discussing prices. He will raise the price out of nowhere and is not honest at all ! He will try to sell you things you don’t need. I will never do business here again. Not reliable at all !Service: Brakes

I was referred to this shop. From beginning to the ending, the owner was responding in a timely manner and gave us all answers to our questions. He gave us options with part delays and suggestions. Most of all, I saw a lot of USPS trucks there whenever we went. I'm sure that local USPS would leave their trucks to a very reliable person only. So when I got there for the first time, I felt that I came to the right shop and it was right.

I came in today because my Lexi needed her routine pampering. "2015 Lexus GS350 FSPORT" Her Pampering consists of an oil change (Synthetic) and the price is so reasonable and no appointment needed. I asked how much would he charge me only for the labor since I have warranty on my breaks through auto zone, The price he gave me is very very reasonably cheap compared to other places I've called. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this shop!

Just had my mercede c class oul change done here. I called many mechanics in this area and this one had all the right answers and price. Most mechanics didn't have the filter or had very crazy prices. At hi- tech auto the price was the best in town with great service. I will highly recommend
