Everyone at Davita is awesome. We've had the experience of using 4 of their facilities and at all facilities we've had great experiences. The nurses are kind and patient. Whenever we need anything they get things done correctly and quickly.

I went to "contact us" to report something but I think its disabled. My short but long report won't go through. Maybe they want us to report to department of health right away not giving them the chance to correct the issue.

Patient is crying, protesting that she is in pain.. Member of the team says she has the right to express her feelings. Yes she is expressing her feelings and at the same time protesting that she is in pain. Patient did not receive intervention because she keeps on crying.. This has been going on with this patient..

Dr Sarani is the medical director at this location and he is a great physician who truly cares about his patients and is willing to listen and consider their needs. I've been to many different dialysis centers and this is by far one of the most clean, modern, large dialysis centers I've ever been to. Each dialysis chair is comfortable and adjustable and has a TV for each patient to watch while they do their treatments. The staff are all great and truly care about their patients and they seem to genuinely love working there. Especially a shoutout to Justin and Daphaine (sp?) for making us feel very welcome and always catering to our needs. We've met many nurses over the years and some just stick up above the rest. This is a great center for dialysis!

My dad gets people with no experience they have hurt my dad several times he tell me thatt they hurt him and I see there alot of nurse that are really good but they are assigned to the same people Everytime I ago I don't know if it's because of the insurance and I see those that help I really appreciate you helping them
