This store is filthy and unsanitary, there are cobwebs above the door and the floors are so filthy! I am embarrassed to have had family go there! It’s unsanitary to sell food and medication in this facility!

Lisa needs to work on her customer service skills, idk care how many customers you have waiting at the store, the people on the phone are customers too we waited our turn too. And what would compel someone to tell a customer the have customers waiting. Terrible just terrible

I visited this CVS location in Pomona with mixed feelings. While I only went into the store for a quick essential item, I couldn't shake off the feeling of discomfort. The exterior looked a little run down and old, and the interior wasn't much better. The store's ambiance made you feel like you're in a 90's movie, and the surrounding area didn't seem like the safest neighborhood.

This place has such a strange vibe.. By far the emptiest CVS I’ve ever been to, and the layout of the store seems quite strange, one of the aisles is so wide..! The store is in quite some disarray, and doesn’t seem to be well taken care of.

Staff in pharmacy is generally very helpful. Prices in the store are often high but regularly offset by sales or coupons.

I feel really conflicted about this CVS. It's close by and the pharmacy and store staff are really friendly and great. All the interactions with employees have been terrific, including vaccine staff. But the state of this store is shocking. It's absolutely filthy and run down. And I really mean filthy. The floors are disgusting and the aesthetic of the store is ca. 1980. There's really no excuse for it. The stock is either out or missing and they keep making the store smaller by blocking off aisles. It's been like this for years and is desperately in need of a deep cleaning and a remodel.

Scheduled COVID test, followed all the rules, then they asked thru text if I'm in the lobby way before my appointment, I said no since I was driving up. They cancelled my appointment and would not take me when I got in. Cvs's technical problem. This review is for the MinuteClinic.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, their customer services deserves no stars if that was even possible on here. I just called and wanted to ask simple questions about taking in a disposable camera. The guy I spoke on the phone with was very rude and cutting me off continuously mid sentence. His name is shaheed, very rude and seems miserable.

I'm so sad they shut down the San Dimas one. I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. ? The store feels dangerous coming at Night. I know, I always have to take my fiancé.... I won't dare go alone. it feels dirty and out of a Quentin Tarantino film.... They should really get someone to help clean it. The homeless stay outside... and I'm not being mean. But they really do always come up to me ... And I can't help everyone. I can barely help myself. I gotta change pharmacies this week ?

They have stepped up to the plate each time Walgreens has failed. Some stores even have capability to tell you which cvs has your medication and how much. Amazing

This place is dirty with stained floors and unorganized empty shelves. It’s so bad that it doesn’t look like a drugstore at all! I wonder why the health department doesn’t check on them.
