Went in on 7/3/2024 the male pharmacist with a ponytail who helped me is amazinggggg!!! I would have had to pay an arm and a leg for antibiotics prescription and he went out of his was to help me find a discount. I am extremely happy with that pharmacy. The cvs it’s self is a hit or miss. I’ve had grumpy employees help me but also very kind ones as well.

Not good service. I was calling in a prescription for a patient at my job. They hanged up on me twice and then when they finally answered they told me wait a second and left me on hold for more than 30 mins.

1. People need psychiatrists, optometrists, and cardiologists in this post-pandemic time.
2. Please put a body height and weight scale next to the blood pressure machine. And a big "FREE" sign.
3. Get a vending massage chair for the customers who are waiting.

WORST PHARMACY!!!! I had my prescription refilled and was advised that my medication would be ready by 6:30 pm. I went at 6:45 pm waited in line 15 minutes just to get to the counter and be told that my prescription was not ready and it was glibg to take an additional 20 to 30 minutes. I decided to leave because I was not going to wait in line again. I received a text to notify me that my prescription was ready for pickup. Today I went to pick it up, decide to use the drive thru because there were no cars. The guy asked me for my information and three times and said they didn't have a prescription for me. I then showed hom the text and gave him the bar code and he found my prescription. He then with an attitude tells me next time you need to just use the bar code. I will make sure to let my family to never come to this store again!

I was at urgent care and had them send over my prescription to this cvs only because it was open later than my favorite pharmacy. Also because it’s right across the street. I urgently needed that medication, and they kept telling my partner that I had a different insurance (medical) and that I had a copay of $500+. I have a ppo insurance so idk where that information came from. My partner provided them with my insurance card and the very unprofessional, rude, and ignorant pharmacist “CHEN L” was refusing to take my insurance card saying that that card was for the hospital! He just wanted to charge me full price for the medicine! I had to call and spoke to another guy who was kind and was trying to help by trying to run my insurance and this “Chen” man literally yells at him. Very disgusting behavior I wish I would’ve been there in person to yell back at him. You don’t yell at your coworkers/employees in front of customers. Be VERY cautious coming here. I called my regular pharmacy the next day and had it transferred and my ppo insurance was working perfectly fine. Saved me $50!

They play telephone games here, I haven’t even stepped foot in this location I can already tell it’s disfunction, I called to speak to a manager 3 times! 2 times before I was hung up on, the lady who answered said she’ll be with u 1 moment, very respectful and professional, but as I waited I was hung up on, 2nd time I call again (I wanted to believe I was disconnected by accident) same lady answered & said “she’s right here she’ll be right with u one moment” placed on hold then clicked & I called a THIRD TIME & someone else answered & it was the manager I let her know I was disconnected twice prior & she said “I was on lunch they should’ve let u know that to get your name & number” how immature do you have to be to purposefully hang up on someone, why couldn’t she tell they other woman to answer the call & say “hey our manager is currently at lunch leave your name & number please” we are grown adults, why so immature & just hang up? Lack of communication from both their ends, but especially the manager for hanging up. So childish.

Just experienced a racist encounter at this location by one of the employees. The manager LAUGHED after we reported the incident and refused to handle the situation and didn’t even say sorry. My father was physically assaulted by the employee Brad as he was trying to enter the bathroom. The employee did not know that the manager gave my father the key to use the bathroom, but regardless he should not have touched my dad. Brad then proceeded to physically BLOCK my father from entering the bathroom. I am appalled but most importantly the fact that the person in charge condoned the behavior is what is most disturbing.

This is our regular pharmacy. Stopped by today to get ear drops for my son. The drive through was closed and upon entering the pharmacy counter was slammed. Staff was courteous and calm and worked hard to get people their medicines quickly as possible. I really appreciated this.

Been waiting for about 47 mins 15 at the window waiting for my medicine which was sent a few days ago so not sure what the delay is. Everyone is walking around like there isn't 5 other cars behind me waiting for they're meds too. So annoyed
