When I say this place is ABSOLUTE TRASH.. I don't just mean the appearance (which is literal trash) the customer service is atrocious. Rocio, you're attitude needs a serious adjustment & Dr. Yanting, we can 100% go without the million and one excuses as to why prescriptions are going to take waaaayyyy longer than they should. Never again

Absolute worst experience in any CVS I had. The female pharmacist I ran into this morning was in no mood to help anyone. Gave me run around for 45 min with minute clinic next to their counter and wouldn't even offer to check her own system for my appointment until confronted by the Dr. from minute clinic. I would recommend not to come this way if you can avoid it. My visit was 12/10/2022

I would give this pharmacy NEGATIVE stars if I could!! The customer service is horrible, their urgency to help customers with prescriptions is the worst. They lie about communication with doctors to fill prescription or letting doctors know they are out of medication. They go months with out medications and don't communicate that, you are then left waiting for your medication that won't be filled. NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!

I was in a hurry and had a speedy and efficient checkout with my cashier Shahid. I am grateful for the service provided by Shahid, they were kind and made sure to ask me for my reward number so I could use my CVS rewards and get a discount off my overall purchase.

This is the dirtiest pharmacy I have ever been in, and the entire store was filthy. I scheduled a booster vaccine with an appointment. When I arrived 10 mins prior, as I was told to do, the pharmacist ( Jean) told be that they didn't have any inventory... do not go to this place and if you have to - call ahead to make sure they have the means to help you.

I had a very scary episode today. And thank you God for Jean, the pharmacist, Kristen and Chantel. I was at the counter and started feeling very disoriented and dizzy. I didn't realize what it was until afterwards. I finally realized my sugar dropped very low. Kristen saw I was about to faint and ran around the corner and caught me before I fell. Jean ran and got a chair for me. Chantel got me water and orange juice. They checked on me and wouldn't let me leave until I was okay offer to call my husband. Chantel walked me out to my car to make sure I was okay. I'm very grateful for these ladies. They were very attentive and I honestly think they saved my life. I was embarrassed because I started perspiring very heavily and there was other customers there. Kristen just kept reassuring me there was nothing to be embarrassed about. They took care of me for over half an hour until I was well enough to get up and drive myself home. And then they checked on me to make sure I got home okay. I've read the other reviews and yes the parking lot it's not really clean and there's usually people hanging around outside but I won't go anywhere else. Thank you God again for these ladies

SKIP THIS LOCATION! I've had 2 minute clinic appointments for a TB test/read. 10 min appt max. Made an appointment both times and the first time they were 40 min behind, and no explanation. I'm currently waiting 20 min past my appointment time and they just took a walk in before me after I've been waiting 15 min... BTW this location is kinda creepy so you're better off going elsewhere.

I really REALLY want to give an overall positive review for this location. I must say every time I've shopped here ALL of the sales associates have been GREAT. The problem with this location has to do with the fact these is always trash lest in the parking lot. There are issues with homelessness on the premises. There are issues with patrons running out the door without paying. Nope, I'm done shopping here. I fear for my safety.

Called inquiring about covid test girl who first answered probably from register was very nice... transferred me to pharmacy and the woman who "helped" me not only was very unwilling to be helpful, she didnt have an answer for my question which is fine but I was kind of waiting for her to give me more information and she was just quiet at the other just on the phone saying nothing... so I said bye and then she just hung up, very rude person. Would recommend you go to another cvs pharmacy if you want answers and general politeness.

I had recently purchased some gift cards which I found out were never activated. The receipt confirms this. I explained this to three different very rude and unprofessional staff members before being only the manager could help me. But not before "checking the security tape" to see what I purchased. As if that was suppose to scare me. Um ok! Finally after a whole lot of back and forth. After the staff ripped open other gift cards making them useless. I was informed that the manager would be in tomorrow and he would contact me. After I left I realized I didn't get the managers name I called back and was told by Debbie that the managers name was Adam and wouldn't be in until Friday. I informed her that I was told he would be in tomorrow and now it's Friday. So which one is it? That was when I was told that if I didn't hear from him I could call and "bug them".Rude! Unfortunately something should have been very easy to resolve is now becoming a problem. Update to come.

After calling three CVS pharmacies who couldn't give me a direct answer, I decided to call this fourth location. Luckily I was able to speak with Priya who answered all of my questions in less than 60 seconds and pointed me in the right direction. The eloquence and simplicity in which she was able to help me gave me hope, not only in humanity, but in CVS, who after three failed attempts was about to lose me. Thank your Priya, you're a gem.

Do not go here during Covid: the employees do not wear masks and there is no barrier between them and you but a piece of Saran Wrap hung from above. It was shocking. For a "healthcare" company, I cannot think of a more irresponsible way to operate. People come there for health products. Please don't infect us at the register.

I have gone to this pharmacy for many years most of the time the people are nice and yes sometimes there is a line. I do not mind the line as much as I mind being publicly humiliated by one of the pharmacists. I went to the window to get a prescription, normally there is never an issue but the last time I went in Kamilia helped me and proceeded in yelling out the name of every medication I have ever gotten. I felt that my information should not be shared loud enough for the world to hear it. I feel as if my rights given to me by the hippa laws have been violated. I am honestly thinking about switching pharmacies because of the Pharmacist there . I am torn because the other ladies are super nice.

Omg thank goodness for the Minute Clinic! I checked in online and drove over there, making sure to arrive 10 minutes early. As soon as I arrived, I was seen by the doctor, Mary Hull. She was so sweet and efficient with me! I came in because I had a NASTY UTI brewing. The pain was escalating every hour. I called the nearest Urgent Care Clinic and they told me the waiting times was two hours I am so thankful for the Minute Clinic! I was assessed, tested, written a prescription, and picked it up at the pharmacy within 15 minutes! I am so thankful!!!! Thank you Mary!!!!

This place should be closed down! The place is not maintained and they have said for 3 years now they are going to be remodeled. The parking lot is always full of weeds and trash! Very uninviting!
