“Came down from San Francisco, for a wedding. I forgot my white dress shirt. Went to Burlington and Ross but man... Their stock is lacking. They had nothing in my size. Really went there cause I didn't want to spend a lot of money (since I already had one)... We go to JCPenney often, so we decided to go there. Went to the men's dress section and right away we were greeted by Norma. When I tell you she was help, I mean it! She was with us the entire time. I thought I had the right size but she said I think your arms are longer. She was spot on. She had me try on 2 different shirts, so I can see which arm size I like best. Then she went and got a white one in a package. Tried it on and it was perfect. Thank you very much, Norma!”

“Dropped by Old Navy after picking up my meds from Sam's Club. It wasn't a busy day so we had the whole store to ourselves. The store was fully stocked with new items for spring. Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Yes I would keep coming back to this place if staff are a like this person.”

“I've bought almost all of my baby's clothes from carters but online. They are having a great Black Friday sale right now. I had bought a lot of items about a month ago online when there was a sale, thinking the prices couldn't be that different in another sale. I was wrong. I asked their online consumer service for price adjustment but they only allowed it within 14 days. However the return window was 90 days. Make it make sense. I ended up buying all the items (plus some extras) online and found this store to return the old order and also pick up an item that was only available for pickup in store. The manager had to help find my order but it went with a hitch. She then helped me return the order. Make sure you have the email that says your items are shipped handy. It has a barcode that well be needed. The manager was so very nice. I was honestly embarrassed to be returning such a large order but she didn't give me even an ounce of grief. I so very appreciated that. The store was very organized and well stocked. I'll definitely be back to shop in store.”

I was at the Brea, CA store on Sunday, Nov 27th. I had the pleasure of having ARIELLE help me with a return. Rather than saying "no receipt, too bad", she guided me through steps where I was able to make the return. ARIELLE was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. “Went to go return some items on Sunday, 11/28/21 and the service was great! I immediately received my credit on a card with no issues. Dami was kind and friendly and asked if I needed help finding anything for my daughter. I ended up purchasing this cute black faux fur coat for my baby! The material is soft, thick and two sizes larger, but hey! Babies grow a size in a blink of an eye! The store is rather small but they work hard to make it work with the space they have.”
