The old lady at the afternoon shift didn't let me to put my rewards

There was this older lady working there and I asked her if we could put our chevron rewards and she said sure. When we put the number it said invalid and she said that the register wouldn't let her do it anymore. I told her I needed to put in my rewards and she said if I wanted I could go around the register and do it myself. Then, when my friend was next to pay she started telling him "everyone thinks they are managers"

We go there almost everyday to get gasoline and diesel for our trucks and equipment wich sounds like a normal thing to do at the gas station and as usual we would use the bathroom and everything was pretty normal but on January 5th after our fill out I walked inside the store to use the restrooms and buy some snack so as I proceed my way in to the bathroom the lady was rather rude and I get it when you're having a bad day but just don't take it out on the costumer, remember thanks to them you have a job and the business is able to run or is maybe the you are in the wrong field and I can say as of now they just lost our business and we will never coming back thanks to this.

If you are so understaffed that you have to close at 5pm on a Tuesday for your employee to use the restroom, you don't deserve to be in business. Hire more people or shut down, but I will never spend my money here.

As a business owner near by I stopped by to put gas but the guy was very rude and aggressive he said he was going on break. He said to pay outside. It's NOT the first time he does this. I will be taking my business else where.

Conveniently off the 10 freeway and RIGHT at ramp onto the 10 west. I've pulled over to get gas here a few times and found it to be a life saver. It's a bit dirtier than other Chevron's but the convenience of it makes up for it.
