I came and pump some gas here. I usually never come here to get gas, but I came here today. The pump that I used started leaking and spilled about four dollars worth of gas right on the ground so I went inside and told the lady with the tattoos on her neck and the nose piercing that the pump leaked most of the gas that I pumped on the ground. She walked outside with me, looked at the puddle and proceeded to say “that doesn’t look like four dollars worth of gas”. And then she tried to get out of compensating me for the gas that spilled and decided to just say I’ll give you “two dollars worth” And walks away from me back inside. She was acting rude about it and didn’t want to compensate me for their mistake. She needs to be taken care of.

They have the restroom out of service for the last Year, I live close by, if they can’t even have a restroom for clients well no more Chevron.

I usually don't leave a review, but this morning I met the most rude individual. It's one thing that he was busy, but to literally ignore a customer and say I'm busy and walk away was just wrong. All I wanted to do is pay in cash. There are many gas stations to go to and in this location, one is right across the street. I left and took my business elsewhere. I would never come here again. Teach your staff common courtesy.

Geovani is so rude telling me I need to leave the gas station I have 4 kids had an emergency and said he's not going to let me use the bathroom for me or my kids because I been here waiting for 3-4hours like seriously he treated me like people don't need help in emergencys specially single moms this is not a place for you to get any type needs like bathroom or gas wide I work for Chevron in Reservoir and I will never treat my clients this way!! Stay away from this place there so rude !!

They are cool. We went in asking for free air without purchasing gas from them. They gave it to us without any drama.

I had always liked coming to the gas station because they have E85 gasoline. However, they recently hired a woman by the name of Linda, who is so poorly trained on the cash register that she doesn't know how to split payments so rather than take my payment of cash and card in one transaction she wanted me to do two separate transactions. I said I have never heard of that before. As I had paid in two payments cash and card there many times....Instead of being helpful and explanatory or humble, she decided to down talk me and belittled me I went outside and filled my gas with half my payment and went back in to pay my other form of payment fortunately in front of other customers. When I went back in to ask for my receipt and pay my cash transaction she lied in front of the costumers saying she offered me my receipt earlier and she wouldn't take my cash payment now. She literally refused my cash payment because I questioned her as to why she couldn't combine the two payments..... Do yourself a favor and try to avoid Linda at all costs. She obviously is going through Menopause and has horrible customer service, skills. She's the really unattractive sour puss faced one who looks like a cod fish.

Management needs to have all employees informed about policies regarding coffee refills. One day they allow and next day don't. I believe Linda is uninformed because as a member of extra mile every 5 or 6 refills I get one free.

One of thee worst experiences ever. I went to cash in lotto scratchers. That had been purchased at this location mind you. The clerk Peter stated his shift was ending and he was only willing to cash out $40. I understood it was 7:30 in the morning his register might not have had much more cash in it. But when i wanted to redeem the rest of my tickets and use them to purchase cigarettes he not only flat out refused. He argued with me and was very rude. There wasn't anyone refusing my money when i was buying the scratchers. Peter definitley should not represent your business. I'll never spend another dollar there.

Over crowded when 2 fuel tankers pulled in, leaving very little space to get from the pump to the car wash and out to the street.

Come here all the time, one night recently I stopped to get gas and when I tried opening the door it was locked and noticed there was a sign saying they employee was on break. I decided to wait a bit. While waiting a few other people came by and tried to open the door then left.Once the person came out I realized it was the same woman who usually works there nights. She comes out, shoots me a dirty look and says "you dont see the sign that says I'm on break?!" In a very rude way, decided to leave without purchasing anything. I get that she was annoyed but it wasn't me who was trying to open the door repeatedly. Just bad service.
