Went in today to open a business account. No bankers to be found. Informed a teller that I was looking for a banker to open a business account. She said there was nobody available today, AND they had at least a week wait for the next appointment. A week wait to open a business account. Crazy. Definitely won't be doing business with Chase.

It's highly recommended to have an appointment when you visit here. Walk-ins are a very time consuming process. Appointments can be simply taken by visiting a day prior, via their app or website. Most of the staff here are super friendly like Amanda, Deby.. Still some others are lil on the slow side..still okay..
One major point of improvement would be a check-in system to manage the customers. Once you enter there will be hardly anyone to guide you..at times the security may ask you to sit..still again you have to go to some staff and ask for help afterwards especially in busy hours..

I walked into the bank to discuss credit options. There were about 5 people waiting and two others who walked in looking confused about where to sign in, as did we. When it was clear that there was no check in system in place, we decided to leave. We asked the security guard what the process was and he looked in the direction of the waiting area and said, “oh, there’s no sign in sheet there, so you just go and sit there and wait for someone to come out and call you” which is a horrible system, especially when many people are waiting.

I love CHASE BANK. The staff at every branch has been friendly. They have a Bill Pay that is Awesome, it deducted from your account immediately, so you stay in balance.

I had a good experience. Oped a new checking account very swiftly and the banker helped me get approved for a freedom card. She went out of her way and I was greatful for that.

They’re busy, and sometimes the lines are long, but they are organized and have enough tellers to assist you, so the lines move quickly. I also bank with BoA down the street, and Chase is always better in this regard.

Please park correctly and only visit the bank while you are there in that specific lot, whereas it is only intended for Bank parking near the Chase side ( eastside of lot ) unless you pay for time at the kiosk or through the mobile app, plenty of payment options. THIS is JUST a warning so no one receives a legit ticket. Night or day Paid Parking is available but limited to first come first served.
