Today I expect to be disappointed by the level of customer service I experience from a company....... If you deal with Cerullo Performance Seating PREPARE TO BE AMAZED!!! By the quality of the product and the level of service. I discussed options and placed my order with the wonderful lady 'Gina'. She emailed me my invoice, tracking info, expected transport timeline and answered an email with an install question on the weekend. My H2 now has 7 seats and the new row of seats from Cerullo looks absolutely stock and installed perfectly. This company and the standards they operate by should be the benchmark for all American business' to thrive towards. Thank you Gina and Cerullo Performance Seats. You guys are the best.

I spent months looking for a company that could help me with my seats. I was looking for a shop that would be able to take the look of my original seats and make something modern. After a few weeks of looking at materials and deciding on every detail I finally said let's make the seats. In about two weeks I opened a box with an amazing pair of seats that were beyond my expectations. Absolutely perfect. Fabric alignment, stitching, the piping were all exactly what I wanted.

Found Cerullo watching youtube videos. Thought they made a nice seat, and could match original interior for my Chevelle. Speaking with Gina Mary was easy, and she was very helpful. However, communication was just ok, updates I got were mainly from me calling/e-mailing. Took longer than expected, but that wasn't the issue. Upon receiving I noticed ALL the hardware used to put seat together was RUSTY, rusty supports, and some of the bolts were to short to make up (see pics). These were by no means cheap seats, they should be 100% perfect. THERE BRAND NEW!! Big let down. New hardware will be sent to me, and I will have to replace. Supports will just have to stay. BUMMER!
