The store itself is stocked nicely and clean. Sadly its the outside of the store and lack of shopping carts available that make me shop elsewhere. Management should work a way so more carts are available. Homeless problem surrounding the store is sad and makes shopping feel like a rush to get out. The store or City of Pomona needs to address this or else they will lose more shoppers.

Moved here about 6 months ago and i had came in to this Cardenas and was not pleased with the way the store looked it was pretty messy, was looking for a specific ingredient and could not find it so i left. Came back after so long last thursday and was surprised how clean and organize the store was. I did need some help and came across which i think was the Manager of the Store. His name was Danny, he helped me in everything i needed he was really professional and made me feel really comfortable. All the workers where actually super nice which i was surprise cause ive been to other stores and they have been rude or not tried to help me. Pleasingly to say i will be shopping here from now on!

Bought a tamal for breakfast and aside from being super small it was still raw. It's bad enough they make them so much smaller now and charge twice as much, they sell them raw? It wasn't even Worth my time returning it to the store but I thought people should be warned.

My brother went to this store to buy some things for dinner. He had did self check out to get home faster, when he was done and leaving the old lady blocked him from leaving and told him he was stealing. He was very confused at this point and ask what was he stealing she then told him it was the tortillas. He then gave her the receipt and told her to look that he was not stealing then when she realized she was wrong she then told him he was stealing the bag my brother then told her that he wasn't and she then said she couldn't understand him because she only spoke Spanish. How does someone that you are having a full English conversation suddenly not know English. My brother came home and told me never to send him there ever again. I tried to call to speak to someone and they left the phone to ring and when someone did answer it was the lady and hung up on me very quickly without letting me tell her why I was calling.

Here it is worse than other cardenas markets, both the service and the cashiers, I do not recommend it

Quality and service in the food court has gone down a lot in recent years. One of the employees there was pretending not to understand English or Spanish and just gave attitude. Now you have to ask to use the bathroom and have to wait for an employee to unlock the door. But somehow there are several people inside already extending how long you wait to actually use the bathroom. Clean well organized store and dollar champurado was delicious.
