“Stater bros is hands down the best grocery store in California. I was a vender for staters replaced all the boilers at all stores and corporate . It took me 2 years and I learned alot about how much staters cares about quality and the customer experience while keeping the employee happy .... 5 stars”
“Don’t listen to the 1 star reviews from snobby people with their head up their butt! This place is AMAZING! The Butchers, Workers & customer service is professional and very helpful & kind. I always come here during lunch for their well known Tri Tip Sammich ? it never disappoints! I’ve taken 2 of my friends to try it & my father and they all loved the Tri Tip. The Prices of their cuts are very good and affordable for the amazing quality you get! 4 fresh natural rib eye steaks for $40 and some change, you can not beat that. Once again I don’t understand these angry reviews from angry people. Take it from a local I highly recommend this Butcher Shop & it makes me never want to have any other meat shop from some average grocery store. As for the angry reviewers complaining about the how expensive it is (it’s not expensive) go to food 4 less. I LOVE Hottinger Family Meats. Feels like home. ❤️”
“My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and decided to cook at home this time. We got their ribeye and the meat is fresh and definitely high quality. When we cooked it at home, the steak was melt in your mouth delicious! I highly recommend checking out their sides - I liked the macaroni salad. I would definitely come here again and check out their other meat selectionsPrices are decent, credit cards are accepted, and there's plenty of parking”
“Best carnicería around. Meat is high quality and tender. Not tough and chewy like you get from most grocery stores. They also carry Wagyu if you need a great steak for a special occasion. If you want your meat extra marinated, buy it the day before you’ll be cooking it and let it sit in the marinade over night.”

“After arriving home from a trip to this, my local Stater Brothers store. I realized I had been overcharged for an item from the meat counter. I admit I was a bit irritated that I had to return to get this corrected. I arrived and asked to speak with the manager. I was directed to Dawnette, who went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. Dawnette was immediately understanding and not only corrected the mistake, she didn't hesitate and insisted she would refund the entire item. I went from being miffed to feeling a bit surprised as I was not expecting my interaction to go this direction. I understand mistakes can happen during any business transaction and this is exactly how loyal customers should be treated, when they do happen. Dawnette and my local Stater Bros Market have set the bar high. This is how management should conduct business. Dawnette took care of me and made me feel like a valued customer. She is definitely an asset employee to Stater Bros markets. Thank you Dawnette.”
“This store has such outstanding service I feel it necessary to write another review. On Valentines Day morning I went into this store to purchase a few gift items. Again, I had outstanding service. First, I was greeted by the friendly and kind sushi lady. Her sushi is always delicious and fresh. I ended up buying three containers. Then I meet Jason in the bakery department. This young man is phenomenal, and he went the extra mile and made the most beautiful, dipped strawberries. I ended up buying 12 packages to give as gifts. I also bought his beautifully decorated individual jumbo cupcakes. He is an extremely talented individual. Tony, the store manager, Shawn, Randy, Yvonne and Judy are also phenomenal. They are always there to assist, and this day was no exception!”

Each and every item we have tried is, 100%, hands down thee best tasting meat I've had in YEARS!!! 100% recommend them.....prices were decent too...ESPECIALLY for grass fed cuts. “I have always loved Stater Brothers. It's close and convenient. And carries things I sometimes cant find at Walmart. Plus everything is not locked up behind cabinets. I just dont have the time time to wait for someone to unlock a door for everything I need to purchase. It's well organized and clean. AND most important, there are NO self check out isle. Please stay as you are. Don't fix something that is not broken. It's perfect.”

“Went in there for a few things I needed. I also bought some fresh flowers in a nice glass vase. It had some water in it. I put it in my shopping cart and just went slow. It ended up tipping over and a bunch of water landed on the floor! Immediately a sales clerk rushed over to me and helped me with the flowers by saying finish your shopping and I will just take this for you and put them at the checkout line for you! They immediately cleaned up the water, I stood there for a minute so I could tell other shoppers that I had spilled water on the floor and I didn't want them to slip. I was treated so kindly and really treated with the most respect!”

“My Stater Bros is an older store. Although Stater bros opened a new beautiful state of the art store a couple blocks away. I still choose to shop mostly at my older one. I just want to give a positive review on how well the store is being ran. The shelves are well stocked with labels facing forward, the employees are very helpful, and its very clean for an older store . It takes a exceptional team to run a store. “This market has all the typical groceries that you can't find in any a normal grocery store. The quality of meat is good. I have to say that the marinated chicken was really good. I'll definitely be coming back to this market to try out the food they make there.”
