Took care of alignment issues on my 4Runner. Service advisor did a great job with time estimate. The technician was having trouble getting all green on the computer alignment screen and another jumped in to assist. After a little sweat they took care of it.

I took my 2019 Mini Clubman in to address a brake error that appeared. Brake Masters took the necessary time to evaluate the brake system and found that there was nothing wrong. They cleared the error and I was on my way. I'm certain that the Mini dealership would have charged me hundreds of dollars to address this error. I appreciate Brake Masters honesty and customer service.

***Bait and Switch Coupon***Was referred to these guys from America's Tire. I wanted to get an alignment done after my set of new tires. They offered a coupon for an alignment for $59. Needless to say that's when things got interesting. Upon arrival, they said the $59 coupon was not valid for my European car and showed me the fine print regarding an extra charge.While I can understand that some cars may be different and require additional work, the price increase was just insane. I was thinking maybe $20-$30 up charge for Euro cars. Especially when they show am additional charge of $10 for a 4 wheel alignment. I went from thinking the cost was $59 to them telling me the cost is now $139. That's more than double the standard amount. I could get (2) "regular" cars for less than what they are charging for a European car.Just a heads up for anyone thinking the coupon will do you any good for a European car. Time to find a new alignment shop as I won't be bringing any more cars to this place. Don't appreciate the shady business practices.

I just left this place 10 minutes ago got an oil change and an alignment. The alignment with the flyer that I have is supposed to be 69.95. And as discussed with the guy at the front came back to pick up my truck and they charge me 174 with a $20 discount which was not agreed-upon and they spilled oil all throughout my engine bay. First and last time at this place, I will always stick with my regular mechanics.

I have been taking my car here for a few years now for a regular oil change. Staff is always polite. Today, Harvey assisted me, and he was just the best! He had the car ready faster & was very nice about checking the air in my tires when I asked.

I came in a couple of months ago at the recommendation of some folks at America's Tire in West Covina. Antonio seems like the manager there, he was great - super friendly and I appreciated the advice on how often to get an alignment and make sure my car was in tip top shape. I waited for a bit to get seen and the waiting room is small but there is a table outside where you can get some fresh air. Not much to say here - for what it is, I have no complaints.

I DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE.On 6/17/2023 I had my tires replaced at America's Tires in Chino. Upon picking up my car at approximately 12:30pm, although driveable and safe, they tell me 2 lugs were stripped/damaged and requires repairs.I'm refered to have repairs done at Brake Masters in Pomona at America's Tires cost. I'm pretty disappointed and annoyed but what can I do? I don't have time to argue and need it done.I head to Brake Masters, arrive, meet, and talk to Antonio. I'm told lugs need to be ordered and there is no time that day. I completely understand and ask to schedule the following Saturday. He tells me to come at 11AM and should take approximately 45 min to an hour ("as it should be an easy job"). I'm thinking...Okay, he seems like a professional and competent individual. "See you next week!".Customer service (0 out of 5):It's 6/24/2023, the following Saturday. I arrive at 15 min before 11AM. The female at service desk? My first impression? Not very profressional nor competent at all. I felt like I had to say something first or wait for any acknowledgment for any service. I'm then finally asked the reason for visit? I tell her I have an 11AM appointment. She looks clueless and has he has no idea what I'm talking about. She goes out to the garage to ask Antonio. Apparentely no appointment or note was scheduled (although the parts were ordered). I'm asked if I'll be dropping off my vehicle. I said "No, my appointment is at 11AM and was told it will take 45 min to an hour. I'll wait". I'm then told they have cars waiting since 8AM, my vehicle will be done around 4PM, and asked if I would like to be dropped off. I told her, "I made an appointment, had I known, I would have made other arrangements". She then says it will take approximately 1.5hrs once started on. Antonio then comes in and basically tells me the same thing.Welp! What can I do?Service wait time (0 out of 5)It's now 12:18PM. 1 hour 18 min past my so called scheduled appointment. My vehicle still parked and untouched. THIS IS COMPLETE BS!It's way past the 2 hour mark and my vehicle is finally being taken in. WOW! But wait, it's just sitting there on hydrolic lifts for another 15-20 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE!I believe it took over 3.5 hours. I understand how busy it was. I get it. But don't schedule appointments and tell your customers it's an easy job and make verbal commitments you can not keep. With as many employees there that day, YOU (as the manager) should and could have easily prioritized and done a better job at scheduling and spreading out appointments throughout the day instead of cramming in unpromised time slots and taking walkins in the AM. The later half of the day eased up. Had I known the unprofessionalism, I would have gladly taken a later "appointment".You would think this establishment would prioritize it's referrals from big chains like America's Tires?Overall? As nice as Antonio is, horrible management. No sense of scheduling, time managment, nor prioritization!Work done (3 out of 5):Did they do the job? They certainly did. Everything appears to be fixed. Of course, I will not know until there is a need to unbolt the wheel.I've worked in manufacturing. It's not difficult to retap threads with low or high tolerances. Especially if you have the right tools and expertise. A peace of cake for them! Scheduling, prioritizing, and time management. Thats your job. I should have been out of there within 1.5 hours (based on appointment given).I would not come back to this establishment unless I didn't have a choice again.

Love the place they have great mechanics that know exactly how to resolve my check engine light was able to get my timing belt and tensioner serviced should be good for another 100k also go my aunt's car fixed came n w a.c. problems and now is blowing cold air
