I came to this boost mobile last month to switch to try out their wireless services . Some young lady assisted me and asked me to bring my pin and account number to my existing phone network over the phone . I did just that the same day and she literally had me waiting there for at least 30 min giving me the run around ?!! Claiming my old cell was a gsm network when it isn't because had that been the case I wouldn't be connected to Google Fi!! Yes she didn't know what company I was talking about when I brought Google Fi up ?!! Like why even work here if you don't know what you're doing !! I will not be coming back here again !!

Came to this Boost location to pay for my dads account, after a few days and trying to get in contact with my dad, I found that the account had been suspended due to non-payment. I called the location for a few hours and there was never an answer. When I went into the location with my receipt in hand it took the employee on site and manager who she had on the phone, over a half hour to prove and “figure” out what happened to the payment. I had the receipt, asked her to check the cameras and match my debit card to the receipt. They had all the information they needed, but “somehow” couldn’t find record of the payment. After waiting for over a half hour they were able to get my payment posted. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location, processing a simple payment shouldn’t be this difficult or time consuming.
