“I was in a recent car accident; the process started off a little overwhelming. My insurance claim adjuster recommended Gerber. I looked up the reviews and was a bit hesitant, but I went with my gut feeling and the recommendation. Once I contacted Gerber, the person that answered said they were already expecting us. My claims adjuster had already started the process. Upon arrival we were greeted by Pete and Ricky. Pete was awesome and provided excellent customer service. Pete made contact via email and text with vehicle updates. Ricky was honest with the vehicle repairs and parts needed. When I purchased my car from Kia, I was not given a spare tire. Gerber went above and beyond by taking the initiative to provide me with a spare tire.
