“I had the great esteemed gratitude of being assisted by Diego and John this evening when my Schwinn Classic's chain was slipped and I was without knowledge on how to make the remedial repair. In my misunderstanding of how the chain is assembled on the rear wheel sprocket, I actually left a disordered tangling, but these two gentlemen were patient and adept to provision the repair relatively easy and quick. Thank you and your team for delivering quality care. It was my gratitude as well that this vendor/repair shop is located conveniently close to the Metrolink train transit, so it is only a short walk with the bicycle. “Camping at G Bonelli and decided to ride our bikes to Ace. When we finished shopping I noticed a large staple in my hub tire. With a flat tire I googled bike shop near me. We pumped up the tire and rode the two minutes to E Bike. We were greeted warmly and immediately took us in and solved all my problems. They had a tube for me then installed the tube at a reasonable price. Very nice and knowledgeable staff.”

“Pedal Barn Bikes is a gem, a bit hidden inside Carbon Canyon, but also next to a cool coffee shop, (when there opened). Mike is one of the best mechanics in the business, takes the time to explain what may be the issues on your bike, and gives options for repairs. He's meticulous and they stand by their work.Cindy is also very helpful on bikes and gear, providing a good price on a new Giant Trance, (aluminum) mt bike, which I've had almost no issues with after a year of riding.The place is a bit cluttered, but they still have bikes, parts & accessories, even some used gear priced well. It's still tough for shops to get the inventory they would like & need, but they'll do they best to provide it.As mentioned in other reviews, you could even ride right from the shop to a couple trails, but you will begin climbing right on of the gate. There generally open Thur-Sun. Btw, the owners & Mike all ride at a high level, and have decades of experience. Highly recommend this shop.”

“In Oct 2020 I bought my Trek FX2 here and was completely satisfied with the shopping experience. Low key sales and clear answers to all my questions. I’m a happy rider.
Now it’s Oct 2024 and Bicycle Central has been a great support over the last four years with cycling supplies and maintenance, so now I’m ready for my first e-bike. I have questions so I return to the shop for some answers. As I enter the store, Phil greets me and takes the time to understand my needs, and answer all my questions. He also offers me a test ride on a Trek Dual Sport 2+. After taking the bike out for a ride in the large parking lot behind the store, I’m convinced I’ve found the right bike for me! I return two weeks later and finalize the sale with Adam. He is very helpful in placing the order for my new Trek, and after it arrives, he assists with seat adjustments and accessories. The staff at Bicycle Central has been great and now I’m equipped for more cycling adventures!”
