Unfortunately I can't recommend Beautiful Flowers. I spent $131 on 2 dozen long stem roses for our anniversary. The next day some flowers were drooping, the day after most were dead. I called to ask if they would replace the flowers. The best they could do is sell me another 2 dozen at 50% off. :( I'm not taking the chance- the second group could be as bad as the first. I won't shop here ever again.

I purchased two dozen long stem roses for my wife and while the arrangement and flowers were great they were completely drooped and dead within 48 hours. They actually started to droop after 24 but it was really obvious after 48. My wife changed out the water etc... but they were old when we got them- certainly not fresh flowers. I cannot recommend Beautiful Flowers as I called them to tell them what happened. They refused to replace the flowers and offered 50% off another two dozen. I'm not taking the chance that those will be as bad as the first so I'll pass and never shop there again. These flowers weren't cheap either- I paid well over $100 for them.

I would love to thank this flower shop for providing excellent customer service and honest prices. They guaranteed delivery to my friends home respecting the wishes of our custom flower arrangement. This place is the BEST! I've been coming here for a couple of years and the prices are the best! The customer service is amazing! I literally drive 10 miles just to come here because they do not rip you off. Ive been to many flower shops and this one was the best one I found MOST REASONABLE PRICES. I have been a very loyal customer ever since because of them not taking advantage of people.

I ordered roses for my grama at 8:45am today for same day delivery, by 10:00am she already had them. I live far so it's hard for me to get things to my grama in reasonable time. I was very pleased with the service, they even sent me a picture of what my arrangement was going to look like before they delivered it. Most def my new go to place for my So Cal deliveries

Wow, first time using Beautiful Flowers and I was blown away by the customer service. Despite order being placed on the day before valentine's day, Pattie took my order and delivered a beautiful arrangement. This order was VERY important to me because they were for my Grandma who had just lost my Grandpa and I was unable to make the funeral. Pattie was attentive to my needs and I really felt like she cared about me. Well done! The picture I took does not do the arrangement justice, I apologize for that.

This place is a little difficult to find, but well worth it. It is also a clothing store for women. I used them to delivery flowers locally. First of all the price was right for a dozen of roses, I had gone to several flower shops in the area, with very disappointing results. The flowers arrived at the time I had requested, they were very, very beautiful roses it blew everyone away, that's the type of reaction I was looking to get. excellent job......found my new flower shop for coming years.
