I’m trying my best to find the words to express how HAPPY I am with the service I received from Aude and this shop in general. Aude was always very responsive, reliable, and honest. He was very transparent & broke down anything I needed to know in a way I was able to understand as well. He really advocates for his customers & would go back & forth with my insurance to make sure things were taken care of too. My car was almost totaled from a hit & run incident but when I picked it up from this shop it looked better than before the accident! Now that I’m finally driving my car again she feels amazing and runs better than ever before too & I’m not exaggerating. I’ve been to a few other shops for my previous car & for other family members cars & the service you get here is impeccable. My car was nice & clean too when I picked it up which was such a nice touch as well.

I was referred by my neighbor because I needed some body work done. I drove down to this shop in Pomona and spoke to Aude the owner, he seemed nice and personable. We agreed on a price and timeline to dropped to car off. This was right before the holidays so Aude asked me to bring the car in after the holidays since some workers will be off during this time. I told him that was fine. I texted Aude on 1/3/23 asking him when would be a good time to drop off the car? He responded that he would get back to me later that night. He never did. As of this posting 1/7/23 I have yet to hear back from Aude. Ridiculous. This guy does not keep his word and would leave you high and dry. Would NEVER recommend him or refer to anyone. Wasted 3 weeks of my time. I attached my text exchange below.

I have to say that I was hesitant to take my car here at first. All the great reviews and low prices had to mean something was up! I called and spoke with Luis and he was happy to answer all my questions and the price I was quoted was about 1/4 of what other big body shops had quoted me. They completed the job as promised, on time and the work is amazing! We will definitely be using them for all our body work needs in the future!

These guys are amazing. They fixed my husbands Mercedes back in 2018 and mine last week. The cars look like there was never any body work done to them. I am so glad we used them again. If you are looking for a GREAT auto body person with reasonable rate, this is your guy!!!!

Great car repair work, my family has been using this body shop for years. They do a PERFECT job with the MOST reasonable prices. This is the only place I would trust to repair my Mercedes-Benz. Thank you guys for the excellent job and amazing price.
