Made a reservation a week ahead but when my friends and I arrived, they told us no reservation was booked and they can’t let us in. The Indian guy at the front desk was very rude when I showed him my call history, didn’t care whatsoever and even used F word to me. They should fire him.Fortunately, this Asian guy they just hired (told us he’s only been working there a week) was nice enough to apologize and also smart enough to solve the conflict. Instead of wasting our time arguing, he went to negotiate with the manager and found us a court. However will not come back again because I don’t want to see that Indian front desk’s face again.

For $14/entry and no courts queue, save your money and time! I don’t see a point in paying if there are no courts to play or waitlist. Literally you can easily spend an hour and nobody will free the courts or they’re reserved. It truly sucks… :(I love badminton and Arena is the closest place to play for me, but this club feels cliquish and sometimes I come, pay, and get to play barely a few minutes while groups hover the courts for hours ;(

Needs a membership. I go 3-4 times a week adding to around $13x4 in cost. (I buy the 10 time pass to save $10 per 10 times). Steve is the best.. flooring could be better material. Nicer facility compared to LABC and SGVBC

There’s no rule in the court. The manager should be better for players. Hoping arena getting better.

Unless you get there before 9am on the weekends, don't bother going. They don't tell you it's full and no refunds or vouchers either.

This is a much newer badminton club. The facility is nice and it has AC and actually turned it on.It can get packed though, so you'll probably need to share a court at times.

Very even matting/floor but enough cushioning compared to sgvbc? The are is too open and the sound echo everywhere. Otherwise clean and pristine with no issue finding open courts if you are willing to play with strangers.

When I entered I paid for the junior training ticket, not knowing the difference between all the payment processes and when I started playing inside, the employee went up to me and called me d*** and told me to pay 5 extra dollars while also turning his back on me with disrespect. I didn't feel i got the respect as a guest and customer who paid for a ticket and was also confused on how all the tickets worked. Moreover, in the summer the air conditioning and ventilation is so bad, you can feel the steam and humidity in the air. Including that you also get some intolerable stench in the air because the ventilation is not constantly filtering the air. I'm 10 minutes away from this, and i would rather to drive an extra 30 minutes just to get the respect as as customer I deserve.

The most closest badminton court in my area. The price is relatively cheap and the badminton courts are pretty clean. Will go to there again.

I am surprised to find out this place is huge with 20 badminton courts and there are currently 6 pingpong tables. We enjoy playing ping-pong and we can always find a table to play. There are enough parking to accommodate a small competition. The facility is clean, the tables are new and the staff are friendly. It would be nice to have air conditioning for the hottest days. Overall I give a five-star for everything they offer.
