Ask for George, Milton & Miss Dee, they will take good care of you! We drove up from north SD county to look at a couple of 2022 Nissan Leaf's. We took a test drive, decided on one, and got a great deal. Negotiating was not painful at all :). Everyone was very nice and straightforward. We we thrilled to have had a great experience!!Thank you George, Milton & Miss Dee!

This place is a non pressuring car dealership. Very transparent with all paperwork. Asked many questions and were very honest. Made the buying process easy and comfortable. Thanks to Chris with his patients, and Carlos for helping seal the deal.Let's not forget M. Dee she is amazing and personable. Very helpful with all the final documents.

Great experience all around. From Sales, to finance, everybody worked with me to get me in my new truck. Would recommend this dealer to friends and family. Thank you Chris and the entire Plug In Auto team for getting me and my wife in a beautiful truck.

Reed & Ms. Dee were very helpful with the buying process. They were able to get me where I needed to be with the car and I'm very thankful for that.

As many here have said they will add fees wasting your time as they have no intention of selling you at the advertise price. It's just to get you through the door and see if you are dumb enough to pay it. Really sad and disgusting watching them take advantage of nice families in there. I literally watch the sales guy say to the family "man i'm losing my shirt here". Something out of a bad tv show. Also look at all the fake positive reviews with only 1 or 2 review and friends. I will be reporting them to BBB.

AVOID THEM BY ANY MEANSI applied via Truecar to buy at car this dealership lists on their site, and so pluginauto sent me an email with an offer. The offer has the listing price + all other dealer' and govt.' fees (which is fine), but on top of that, it adds 5% on top of the price for an "itch" accessory that is not part of the car.On the next business day I called pluginauto and was transferred to "Chris" who immediately said 'let me transfer you to my desk phone' and HUNG UP ON ME. I called again, and asked to be transferred to him. When I got to speak with him I asked "Chris" if I could get a quote without this 'Itch' accessory; he said it was a "Dealer Markup" not an accessory as the quote has it; and he will not resend the offer without it. I told him I need a car without adding any itching on any of part of the car by the time I buy it. He hung up on me.That is disgustingWe need to protect the public from people like 'Chris' so I will be reporting them to the BBB on MondayAnd to

The truck I inquired about somehow ended up being $3,990.00 more than what the website listed it for? Makes zero sense, just list the true price of your vehicles up front. Please do not falsely advertise your prices just so Car Gurus lists your vehicle as a “Great Deal,” which in turn places the vehicle on the top of the first page of every search. Sad.

Husband bought a Tesla here and left with a dirty car. They said there detailers leave at 4pm. My husband drove twice there already with it being a really far distance from our house already. Dealership wasent willing to work with us and get it cleaned more locally near we're we live or pay for it to get cleaned elsewhere. We also work 9-5 so unsure how they expect us to get there prior to 3pm. Don't recommend unless you want to spend thousands on a car and not drive out with it actually being clean

Rude phone customer service was asking about 2024 tax credits and whether to buy a car in 2023 or 2024. They had no idea what was going on with that even though their bread and butter are plug in cars. Next year the credit is being said to be on the dealer and given right away to the customer. They didnt want to give me any opinions but did want to argue and sarcastically suggest I call the government, like... have yountried calling them before??You would think that knowing this information would be a high priority since they sell mostly plug in cars. Guess it just shows how much they really care.

A Tesla 2019 with 110k mileage listed on the website for $22.5k. They added on $10k to the final price for 1.) paint protection (for what..? it comes with every Tesla) and 2.) safety tracking system (again.. for what? it's a Tesla).Spends 3 hours in there and they were going to offer me $32k off the door for a car that listed for $22.5k on the website. I can literally get a new 2023 Tesla for $30k after tax credit. All sales person are also extremely rude and just give you the "I will rip you off" vibe.

Be prepared to pay $4000 over sticker price. The barely visible disclaimer on all vehicles notes typical fees and license not included in sticker price, typical. BUT THEN there is the "dealer accessories" price that is only listed on the vehicles. This part of the disclaimer is not mentioned until you are ready to sit down and finalize details. Very disappointing experience especially when that unlisted $4000 is 40% of the listed purchase price.

Be careful with this dealership. Bought a car from them and broke down 2 days after purchase. Car sat down in my property for 2 days right after car was purchased. The day I decided to take it to my insurance I noticed a huge stain of oil under it. Car dumped all the Transmission oil. When I took it to my mechanic it turns out the transmission seals are no good and front axles are broken. Contacted the dealer and Sales person Benny did not want to work with me on fixing the vehicle… said cars are purchased as is… possibly most of their cars might have temporary fixes. By far the worst experience ever. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALER. THEY ARE NOT HONEST NOR TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Purchased a used Tesla model 3 long range from this place. Two hours after driving off the lot I got warning notifications stating issues with the battery. I notified the dealership and they gave me the run around and they would have a manager call me. I never got a call back. I called again spoke to a manager and I was told he needed to speak to the general manager and they would call me back. Never got a call. I called again and I had a rude manager state that I bought the car as is with no warranty. They don’t accept cars back. I scheduled a appt with Tesla service center and I was told the battery was defective long before I bought the car after doing their diagnostic and will need to be replaced. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP WITH PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Plug in auto sold me a car "as is" through a lender they found, the car is $11,950. The car broke down the first week I had it then continued to break down 2 more times (I replaced the battery twice). I took it to Lexus dealership this last time after a mechanic told me something is draining the battery. I got a diagnostic test and found out the reason it keeps dying is because the stereo system doesn't fit the car so it's draining the battery. In addition to the $1800 stereo issue there are many other issues totaling up to $13,397.17 worth of other repairs it needs. My car needs to be jump started if it's not used for more than a couple days, the car was on the lot 53 days before I bought it which means they would have need to jump start the car for me to test drive it. They never disclosed there was any issues at all. Unfortunately, after doing some research I found out they had a different name previously with a bad rep they were shady and then got a new name and reopened. I'm figuring out how to handle this situation right now since I called and they just tried to gaslight me and say what is being said, doesn't make sense even though my car is literally being looked at by the Lexus dealership, but please please take your business elsewhere. Look at the other reviews, do your research and take care of yourself and your money. Also, you can clearly see a lot of those five star reviews are fake by just clicking on the profile to look at them. LOL if you have a basic Internet knowledge, you can see that a lot of these reviews are fake I'm sorry. I'm going to post about a YouTube and TikTok video about this so y'all can come find it!

By far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car in my life. I purchased a 23 model s plaid to ship to Georgia. Dealer did not have title so was forced to use their high rate financing instead of my credit union. Received vehicle with a Tesla keycard that was not for the vehicle and with 16 percent charge even after asking to charge vehicle. Was not notified of under car damage or smoking smell of interior. I’ve now spent months trying to register my vehicle because the dealership registered in the wrong state. They don’t answer their phone(finance dept) and will avoid your calls and often not call you back. I’m being hit with late fees from my state due to negligence on their part registering to the wrong state. This is by far the worst dealer I have ever encountered. They are dishonest , they are not helpful, and deceiving. I’m having to pursue legal representation to rectify the damages caused by this dealer.
