Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. They treat and take care of the animals with love and respect and that goes a long way in my opinion. Shout out to Vanessa for being such a great technician!

All Pets is our vet of choice. We appreciate the ease with which they get us in and out of the clinic. Both our cats and dog come here for all vet services. They are reasonable with their prices and appointments. I've had last minute issues come up and they have always been available same day or next day. The vets are compassionate and the vet techs are darlings as are the check-in admins. The only thing i miss is the reminder cards with our pets photos. We drive from Chino because the service and attention are well worth it!!

very kind staff who let me cry in peace when my dog passed away from old age. I was grateful for their sensitive handling of the situation

On or about 10/20 my 18 year old Shih-Tzu Gina was refused treatment because it was too close to closing time. She was lethargic, not eating or drinking. This place made a referral to VCA CAH in Upland. On 10-11-20 they recommended euthanizing due to multiple organ failure. I was medically ill and now psychologically and emotionally impacted. I did not want to prolong my pet's pain, so I did it. All I got was an emotional scar which is still weighing in on my today. The D Bar Vet had taken care of her for four years, then they abandoned us. I have no real closure! I know I am not the only one who had this kind of experience. Just felt that sharing it might help me recover. I had to select a rating.

Took my dog in for a simple ultrasound and came back with a slew of issues. They gave her a shot without telling me and asked for more blood tests and exams despite having just done them at her primary vet (they didn't even bother checking). The male vet there also told me my dog was BLIND which is very obviously untrue. The people here have no care for the pets they take care of - they just want your money. Please do not come here. Banfield is right down the road.

Terrible service. Rude. I paid a lot of money, they didn't give me correct information and my cats hematoma came back in two days. All they did was drain it, I had to take her to another vet to get it actually treated. Wasted my time, money, and my cat had to be hospitalized because of their negligence. I did some research after her visit and discovered that what they did is only effective 50% of the time!! I was fooled into thinking these people cared about animals, so I brought another cat in for vaccination when they gave me an astronomical quote for a tooth cleaning of 1500 dollars, next day, my other cats ear swelled back up. I payed about 1000$ for them not to provide the service they implied. They put up a false sense of empathy and rip you off. Thanks all pets medical!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would , my mom recommended me to this place. I took my 4 month Rottweiler earlier today. I had an appointment on Saturday but I couldn't wait because my dog was in pain & needed shots . I called early in the morning the next day and asked if I could walk in they said at 4 I could. I arrived about an hour earlier because I was in the neighborhood they said they don't take walk ins but they saw me within 20 mins (maybe because he had an appointment sat) The staff there is amazing & so kind ! The doctor was also amazing and answered all my questions (I had a lot). They gave me a HUGE discount & their prices are very reasonable compared to other vets. They loved my dog everyone kept saying how beautiful he is not only that but my dog also made new doggie friends there. I would most definitely recommend.

I had my dog deliver her baby at this vet but it was the worst experience I ever had. At the day she was going to deliver, I knew it was her time since she was nesting and digging around the house. I ask if I can go An hour early for her appointment since she might be deliver soon. When I arrived, I still waited for an extra hour for my original appointment. The they check her out and said that she won’t be delivering at the time, which I choose to believe them since they where professional. However, I notice the puppy was way to big to be safely deliver and the X ray show the puppy’s feet was facing out instead of the head. These signs worried me a lot so I ased the doctor if she needs a C section. The veterinary told me I don’t need to worry about the position a lot of dog was delivered like that and there might be a slightly chance that she might gave birth naturally even the puppy was huge.I was surprised about the answer , on the X-ray it shows the canal and the head was almost the same size which worried me a lot,but at that moment, watching my doggy suffering in pain.l asked if C section will be necessary if she doesn’t make it .Will it be better If we do it at the appointment??It turns out that the vet won’t tell me what to do, I need to decide if my dog is going to have a C section or not ?? At that very moment ( I though I came to see the profesional because I don’t know what to do )When I was struggling what to do, they also told me that there is a great chance my puppy will die during the C section. I got scare the couldn’t decide at the time since they told me that my doggy won’t deliver till night time. I decided to take her home and talk to hubby first. At the time decided to take my doggy home , waited at the lobby for 30 min and no sign of my doggy, I went to the front desk and ask what happen. Suddenly they told me, my dog was giving birth and the puppy was stuck at the canal. I was sock!!! They just told me that she won’t deliver till night time and she Have a chance to give birth natural . Al the thought that i was worried happened. Even I went for help. The puppy died since he was stuck in the canal for 30 minutes. I felt awful , I got scared of what the veterinarian said and couldn’t make a decision on time which I thought should be make by a professional instead .And I believed the professional when they told me not to worried. I lost the puppy since they told me the owner should be the professional one to make the decision not them. I feel very confused ~~~ why we need to go to vet for??Even the bill was charged wrong, I needed to go back ask for refund it was double charged on the X-rayThe front desk ladies was really nice and helpful, they helped me a lot that is why have 2 start instead of 1

I was recommended to this vet and decided to take my pug in for diagnosis. I think staff and doctor did the best they could given apparently they had new systems and new staff. I thought they were somewhat unorganized as they did not call to tell me my pet was ready to be picked up. I also thought they were a bit on the pricey side. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. She gave me some ideas of what she thought qas request method to proceed. I had to transfer my pug to the ER down the street at 530pm since All Pets closes, and the doctor said they would fax/email all the documents with diagnosis and treatment over to the ER. When I arrived at the ER, I was told that they had not received them. I tried to call over and over, no answer. Long story short when I picked up my pug in the morning, they never received the docs. ER did rhe nest they could to maintain the puppy.

They care about your money more than the health of your pet. They had zero accountability when something went wrong after my dog's surgery. Just a warning, be very careful with the vet you choose for your pet and always try to get a second opinion for a surgery. One of my biggest regrets is taking my dog here.

The vet was clearly guessing what problem my dog had. I spend $300 and my dog did not get any better, even until this day I have no idea what problem my dog has. I will take the dog to a different vet from now on. This place is not good at all, they only care about money not about the animals.

They make you wait forever if your pet has an appointment! I would give them a good review if they didn't make us wait so long!
