This is my second time using Al & Son's Towing. My SUV died on the 10 FWY near the 57 FWY interchange. I had to have my SUV towed and stored at Al & Son's facility since I was catching a flight from the Ontario Airport and had no choice but to deal with my situation until I returned. This time around, I had another FANTASIC PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE getting my SUV towed. As I read some negative reviews about Al & Son's Towing - I want to mention what I witnessed from three people explaining their situations at the service window while waiting in line to pick up my SUV. Situation #1 One man was at the window trying to pick up his car - who was later identified not to be the legal owner and was not authorized to pick up the car. When asked where is the legal owner, he claimed the registered owner was out of the country. He was screaming and making threats. Situation #2 A female who had received a DUI did not obtain the required release paperwork from the CHP. She was extremely rude to the staff cussing at them. Situation #3 A man came to pick up his car but could not since the car was registered in his wife's name. This guy was caught with a prostitute in his wife's car (arrested and car towed). He was told his wife is the only one authorized to pick up the car as the registered owner. He was pleading at the window to let him take the car so his wife would not find out. Al & Son's Towing operates at the request of a CHP call and when you think about it - they are responding as a Service Provider helping the situation. I shook my head listening to these people in their troubled situations - passing the blame on to Al & Son's Towing who only provides a service. Both times, using this company - I have never had anything removed from my Motorhome or my SUV. So, when I read these negative reviews - I don't give these people much credit since their situations are already unfortunate. AL & SON'S TOWING PROVIDES GREAT QUALITY SERVICE !!!

CHP had my vehicle towed here after an accident.. the workers ransacked my vehicle and items are missing. I will be reporting them. I also had Amazon returns in my truck and they opened all of my packages to see what was inside, so that they could decide if it was worth stealing. Absolutely despicable behavior. Not at all surprised, considering the location.

These people are thieves, and are probably some of the worst people to deal with. They towed my car incorrectly and damaged a bottom panel on the bottom of my car and now it’s just hanging off. They refuse to accept responsibility. The only reason why these people are in business is because of CHP. Which I’m sure something shady is going on there as well. They steal your personal belongings and will legit steal parts of your car. Not sure how this “family owned business ” lives with themself knowing that they actively ruin people life’s and mess with their financials.Service: Car towing

Terrible service. Charge ridiculous amount. Will file a complaint with BBB. My car was there overnight and they wanted over $600.

Negative- I have placed a complaint against this establishment with Better Business Bureau and the California Department of Consumer Affairs towards race and sexual discrimination because I am Mexican and a female. They were very disrespectful while conducting business with me, everyone in their were men and I felt harassed by Erik being rude and throwing my drivers license, and receipt on the floor. 0 professionalism trying to belittle me as a women.

Came here yesterday at 2PM to pick up my car they told me that they were at launch break and be back at 2:30, made me wait for 30 mins. Then apparently there was a missing document and couldn’t pick up my car. Got everything I needed today to pick up my car today and got here at 1:20PM and again they told me that they’re at launch break and be back at 2PM. Their launch break times are not shown on anywhere and they’re on launch break all the time and they make you wait for hours. Unprofessional business.

My car was tow this morning and they charge me $ 294.. and I ask them why. They told me we for the hr.. so that's mean they get pay $100 an hr so ridiculous.. .. so basically I pay 100 an hrs for my car .. ..

Very helpful and kind ppl. I Had my car towed and kept over the weekend due to a car accident. The gentleman that helped (Adolfo) me was very helpful in guiding me as to what I needed to do not only with them but with my own insurance. I had a very easy transaction with them. And overall extremely happy with their customer service.

Not sure if this is family owned, but everyone was so nice and patient with me. I got into an accident they towed my car to their lot. They kept it on their lot until my insurance was able to come get from them. They respond pretty quickly and try to help as much as they can. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Very bad service. The guy is rude. Won't give any information to tow truck drivers or to car owners. He thinks he owns the place but he's just a worker. Has no customer service. They take forever to answer at the front. Very bad place. If you ever get your car towed here you're out of luck. The tow truck service is horrible too and they charge an arm and a leg!

The WORST experience I had with any kind of business. Like the other reviews said they will do anything to rip you off and don't care what your situation is. EXTREMELY rude and makes me wonder how anyone in the right mind can do a business or even communicate to their customers like this. I could go on and on with all the things that happened but I still don't understand why they got so defensive, yelled, and aggressively pointed their finger at my face when I simply asked for their name to let my insurance know who I talked to. Don't wish the trouble I had to go through with them on anyone else. This is the first time of me writing a review and I really felt the need to.

last evening my car had broke down of the 91 freeway and the dispatcher was very professional and helped get a tow truck to me right away . And ethylene very kind . They had gotten to me from Pomona in like 30 minutes or less . And put it on a tow truck and take back to there place of business thanks very much to them and if anything happens make sure to call them and will help you out . Thanks
